Happy holidays

Look past the broken tiles and windows and you will enjoy your stay. The room was very clean and the towels and bed linen were excellent. Great value for the money. We sat round the swimming pool every afternoon. Staff were lovely. Great cheap restaurants and supermarkets were near.

Internet was bad, there was mold in the bathroom, shower on top of the toilet, no hot water, and they wanted to charge us twice for room taxes, which were already in the total showed in the booking details.

If I could give this hotel a no star I would. Not only were we overcharged for change of room for two double beds in room but the conditions of rooms were terrible. Also there are sections of rooms were ceiling heights were under 5ft. My son who is over 6 ft tall bumped his forehead twice. DO NOT COME. Asked staff for a taxi and he suggested I walk a few blocks to get taxi. Conditions of rooms are very run down. If Oaxaca wasn’t such a beautiful place to visit the trip would’ve been terrible but the only bad experience was the hotel. Oaxaca itself is beautiful.

Nuestra experiencia no fue nada agradable por el precio esperábamos algo mejor Pero nos tocó una habitación sin ventanas sin aire acondicionado definitivamente no es una opción que volvería a tomar se supone era una habitación estándar Pero revisando la aplicación esa habitación era de las económicas y cuando les comenté en recepción se aferraron a decir que era la que había reservado las instalaciones del baño muy deterioradas lo único bueno es la ubicación Pero costo calidad no lo vale

En general es un hotel sencillo , agradable , hay un señor en recepción muy amable por las tardes ., el internet no es bueno , y lo malo que hay que subir muchas escaleras , te mandan a la habitación más lejana por reservar por medio de aplicación , está cerca del centro y de muchos locales ., en general está perfecto para quedarte a descansar sin gastar tanto si eres de las personas que no te gusta estar en el hotel .
