溫泉配套很好，4座貸切風呂免費並相比其他dormy inn排隊較快，大浴場sauna好乾淨有幽幽木香味使用感很好。整間酒店裝修開陽俯瞰整個草津。 食左幾晚其他酒店和食，當晚晚餐西式tasting menu反而感覺好refreshing唔會厭。

When I email your restaurant that I have food allergy to "fish", and you reply email saying that you have an independent menu that have removed lots of allergic ingredients, I would easily tend to understand that you have got my message. Cozy Room with Perfect Service

The hotel is a very nice one, all the staff are very helpful. I was so delighted by the Concierge, who help me to put on the WD-40 （lubricant） on the wheels of my suitcase, so that I can pull my suitcase smoothly for the rest of my journey. I was very impressed by their helpfulness. I have reserved the room with private onsen, it was a spacious room with beautiful view. The room is tidy and organized. I will definitely come again.

初めて草津温泉旅行でした。 とにかくお部屋の広さも申し分なく、 各お部屋に露天風呂がついてるのですごく贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。 スタッフの方が、お若い方が多いことに驚きました。とてもきちんとされていて、対応も心こもっていて素晴らしかったです。 電車で行きましたが、湯畑から歩いて行けるか尋ねたところ、20分かかることと歩道は雪があるので、送迎バスに乗ることを薦めていただけたのがとても有り難かったです。アップダウンもあるので、電車で行かれる方は絶対送迎を利用した方がいいです。 サービスも今まで泊まったホテルと比べられないほど良かったです。とてもお勧めです。 改善してほしい点があるとしたら、浴場に時計をつけて欲しいのと、サウナ利用用にマットがあればなお良いと思います。
