Lovely views and room

This is a great central location. There are some things to mention, this is located in a historic building with no elevator. You have to be able to climb the stairs. Good news is that the stairs aren’t steep and lends to the charm of staying in a building so close to the Diocletian Palace. The other part is that if you aren’t used to European buildings, you will need to familiarize yourself with the light switches on every floor. You need to turn the switch on if you come back in the evening, unless you like stumbling up the steps in the dark. The room was great and when I had the opportunity, I would open the windows and move the outer shutters for great views and fresh air. The windows when closed were able to muffle the sounds out on the busy walkway. It was really quiet and I felt like I was not in an active and busy part of the old city. The bathroom was great and the rain shower was amazing. The staff, Toma, was extremely helpful and felt that I could reach them at anytime.

Nice hotel in an excellent location. However, the room does not have many amenities. One pillow and towel per person. No tissue paper or bottle of water. Just a clean room in an excellent location. Also, the apartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator…not a big deal, but could be an issue with seniors or those with disabilities.

Great location in Old Town on promanade overlooking the ocean. Close to restaurants and points of interest. Room modernised to a high standard. The only negatives were sixty four step to climb to the room and some minor maintenance issues.

Area was awesome. Our host was responsive, drove across town to bring us fresh towels when we ran out! Right on the promenade. Walkable to all the old town architecture and sights. Really loved this room. Clean, stocked.

Tuvimos inconvenientes con nuestra reserva en la noche en otro allá jamiebti, perdimos ese dinero y logramos encontrar este hotel con muy buena tarifa, excelentes instalaciones y un desayuno buffet increíble Personal amable, nos permitieron estacionar a oasis de la puerta de acceso. El hotel tiene servicios como SPA, acceso a plata, actividades deportivas, y el pmus es el área natural protegida con bosque que la curcubda. Recomendado .

Such a good location in Split. Easy walk to eating places and attractions. Beautiful ocean views, a bonus. We were greeted and had an explanation of the property and how to access it. We were also given an extensive list of places to eat - which was useful. Room was very clean and air con worked well. A small fridge was a bonus to keep drinks/food if needed. There is no lift in the building, which may be a problem for some. Would happily stay here again.
