Estive neste hotel três vezes nos últimos três meses e a experiência evidenciou uma grave falta de padronização no serviço. Em uma estadia surgem falhas, em outra tudo funciona, e na seguinte a frustração retorna — algo absolutamente incompatível com o padrão que se espera de um hotel Fasano. Na última visita, cheguei ao hotel por volta das 16h, quase uma hora após o horário oficial de check-in, e a acomodação não estava pronta. A justificativa apresentada, alta ocupação, é inaceitável. Um hotel desse porte deve estar preparado para operar plenamente, especialmente em períodos de alta demanda. A espera no lobby durou cerca de dez minutos. Embora tenha sido oferecida água e café, as bebidas não foram entregues, reforçando a percepção de desorganização e falha no acompanhamento do hóspede. Optei por uma Suíte Júnior principalmente pela presença da banheira, porém a banheira simplesmente não funcionava. O ralo apresentava problemas, tornando-a totalmente inutilizável, o que frustra diretamente a expectativa criada pela categoria da acomodação. Trata-se de uma falha grave, já que um dos principais diferenciais da suíte não pôde ser usufruído. Os funcionários são cordiais e as instalações, quando operam corretamente, são adequadas, mas falhas desse nível comprometem a experiência como um todo. Um hotel que carrega o nome Fasano deve oferecer excelência consistente e previsível, e não um serviço irregular que varia de acordo com a estadia.

A abordagem inicial assim que sai do Uber foi bem grosseira por parte do senhor da portaria, o atendimento no restaurante Gero também não foi bom por parte dos garçons, a comida não estava muito boa e as taças que estavam acima da mesa que fui alocada estavam sujas. O atendimento no bar da piscina foi excelente, assim como no café da manhã, profissionais educados e muito prestativos. Serviço de quarto foi ótimo, tudo de muita qualidade na hospedagem.
