The room was OK for the price but the front desk was not staffed when we returned from eating after a late check-in. The entrance door was locked and it took 10 minutes before staff returned. The pool water looked rather uninviting but we were at the beach so that didn't matter to us but we never saw anyone go in ;-).

Everything was amazing, great staff, hotel was clean, near the beach, everything was great except for the fact that one night I woke up at 3 am and there was a couple making out and being loud, I couldn’t see much but that in particularly bother me, because they where in a public area.

How to start!! I wanted to take a hotel to take a break from traveling in an rv thought the panamerican, have a hot shower, some wifi to watch a movie and jump in a pool. The wifi didnt work inside or outside the room, the pool was disgustingly dirty with hair and oil, the outdoor shower wasn’t working either. The bathroom flooded so the floor was wet at all times. The hot shower didn’t work at all. The sink was on the toilet so it was gross to wash your teeth lining on the toilet and nowhere to put your toothbrush but there. the curtains where transparent so every light at night was in my face. The sheets were stain with dirt and blood. The bed cover was so thin that i was cold and i ask for one more cover and they didn’t want to give me extra. The stairs were always wet and dirty. The staff was not friendly or nice or helpful, grumpy faces at all times. When i see a four star hotel i expected much more. I would like my money back. DONT FALL ON THIS SCAM HOTEL!!!

Me dieron otra habitación que no era, pedi en planta baja por mi abuelita y me dieron habitación 4 planta baja y al hacer chekin me la cambiaron a una en el segundo nivel, y mi abuelita tuvo que subir muchos escalones y dije que no la quería y el joven muy grosero me dijo que ni modo que era esa o me regresaba mi dinero y me llevara a mi abuelita de 85 años a otro hotel, eran la 2:00am

Agradable la estancia, cuenta con todos los servicios, efectivamente el internet es malo intermitente y la alberca sin aseo por lo mismo no la utilicé, pero la ubicación excelente para pasarla bien en Punta Zicatela caminando por estar en la calle principal de esa zona, si vas con amigos muy buen lugar, limpio, aire acondicionado helado, estacionamiento en calle pero suele ser una zona tranquila, hay tienditas al lado, fue suficiente para descansar, el baño no es tan privado por ser una habitación pequeña pero en general la habitación buena.

Desde que se aperturo me quedo en el hotel por razones de trabajo. Al inicio todo bien, despues en cada visita fue decayendo. El concepto es bueno, pero no le dan el mantenimiento adecuado. En esta ocasion tardo demasiado en salir el agua caliente (o no salio) y eso provoca desperdiciar bastante agua, basandose que tiene un concepto ecologico por su baño y sus amenidades. El agua de la alberca se notaba turbia. Espero que puedan cuidar esos detalles, para que vuelva a ser el hotel de un inicio.

Buen lugar para estar cerca de Zicatela. Se fue la luz y agua un día. La habitación tiene lo necesario, solo en el baño es un poco incomodo usar el lavamanos ya que esta encima del depósito del agua del inodoro. En general esta bien para un par de días.
