This was a great experience for first time Chania. Its walking distance to all the attractions. The AC is excellent. There's a fridge ( you're going to want to buy and store the amazing wine and cheese while you're here). Bozzallo staff provided me with the phone number to a fair and reliable taxi service which allowed me to visit the stunning Seitan Limania beach, unreachable without a car, and permitted me to eat at the extraordinary To AntiKristo restaurant located just outside Chania. But the best thing about Bozzali is the service, I arrived at midnight, long after the check in time had finished and they sent me a video on WhatsApp explaining how to access my keys, check into my room and get the wifi working. Not many places in Europe will do that!

We stayed at this location a couple of times and were very pleased with the location and amenities. It is very close to the harbor but is still very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.

I simply loved my stay here!! It is right in the center of old town. It has the old charm of the city.Loading and unloading is a challenge, but there are free parking lots within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The mattress was not very comfortable in one of the beds, but other than that it was overall excellent!

Hôtel bien placé et propre Néanmoins, certaines choses nous ont amené de mettre que trois étoiles La salle de bain n’est pas bien conçue : Aucune patère pour accrocher les serviettes Lunettes des toilettes bancal et pas adaptée Rideau de douche, totalement inefficace qui s’arrête à 30 cm du sol, ce qui fait que la salle de douche est toujours trempée Très peu de débit dans la douche Nous avons demandé une chaise pour la chambre : on nous l’a fourni, on nous prétextant qu’il n’y était normal qu’il n’y en ai pas, car l’espace est trop petit : il s’agit d’un bureau et la chaise s escamote dessous et n est en aucun point gênant; c’est juste plus pratique pour poser ses affaires ou même s’asseoir pour écrire au bureau… Pas très pratique, la clé : difficile de fermer en pleine nuit, sans la lumière : un simple mousqueton serait quand même beaucoup plus efficace Nous n’avons vraiment pas des goûts de luxe, mais de notre point de vue le terme le terme de luxe bozzali nous paraît vraiment erroné Sinon c est un logement acceptable avec une quarantaine de marche d’escalier raide : c est dans l’annonce
