A nice period building a the centre of old town. Lots of lovely tapas bars nearby, friendly staff, and close to Alhambra (you can actually walk down from Alhambra within 10mins)

It took us a few minutes to find the door but when we did there was a very warm welcome. The receptionist spoke great English and gave us lots of tips. The room was simple and dated but very clean and comfortable. The layout and design of the building was beautiful. Great location to explore on foot.

Palazzo storico, nella parte antica di Granada. Strategico a piedi, difficilmente raggiungibile in auto. Staff gentile. Confort risente della storicità della struttura. Bagno davvero piccolo, colazione intima e sufficiente. Consigliato per chi ama la tipicità del quartiere e il muoversi a piedi.

Veldig hyggelig hotell i et tradisjonelt hus typisk for Granada. Rommene vender inn mot et felles åpent gårdsrom (som kan dekkes til hvis det regner). Rommene varierer i størrelse og form, og noen av dem har ganske små bad, men alle er veldig fine. Beliggenheten kunne ikke vært bedre, nederst i den gamle bydelen, med gangavstand til alt.

This hotel is in a great location. You will feel like you’re staying in a medieval part of town. The staff is also exceptional; everyone was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we left after the first night of our 3-night stay. I booked this hotel based on the recommendation. The hotel was mentioned as full of old-world charm and loads of character. All true! But our room was cramped and the bathroom was also quite small. Additionally, the “old-world charm” smell of the wood and the room itself gave my sister horrible allergies. The staff offered to move us to another room, but it would not change the odors emanating from the wood. We checked out and moved to a different hotel. Wish we could have stayed for the duration of our trip as the hotel really is in a perfect spot.

O hotel está muito bem localizado e trata-se de um prédio antigo e bem restaurado. Fiquei por duas noites. A minha experiência na primeira noite foi péssima. Meu quarto (número 16) ficava em cima da cozinha. As três da manhã o funcionário começou a preparar o café da manhã e não pude mais dormir por conta do barulho. Levantei e fui até lá. Pedi que me colocasse em outro quarto. Segundo o funcionário não havia nenhum quarto disponível. Esperei até 7:30 da manhã sem dormir e pedi para conversar com a gerência. Eles me colocaram num outro quarto e aí sim a experiência foi muito boa. Então, jamais, em hipótese alguma aceitem o quarto 16.

Esperienza molto positiva. Il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile. Bisogna però precisare che il parcheggio non è nell’hotel, visto che si trova in una zona vietata al traffico veicolare privato. Il parcheggio è disponibile in una zona pubblica il cui costo, convenzionato con l’hotel, è di €19,50 al giorno. Al prezzo del costo giornaliero della camera vanno quindi sommate circa 20€. È un’informazione che per onestà andrebbe segnalato dalla struttura. Inoltre il parcheggio ha spazi veramente piccoli per auto moderne. È quasi impossibile scendere dal veicolo una volta parcheggiato con il rischio di trovare l’auto con la porta danneggiata

The staff was very friendly and provided useful information about the area when we checked in. Having driven to the city, we parked at one of the recommended parking garages and took a cab to the hotel. Staying in the historical building was amazing! It’s definitely not an experience for someone expecting a new 5 star hotel. Plenty of noises from the street and from other rooms. For us, this was part of the charm and enhanced our adventure. When we opted to stay for a second night in Granada, the hotel was fully booked but was able to accommodate us in their apartment for a very reasonable rate. They moved our luggage for us while we were at the Alhambra and provided another excellent experience. If we come back to the city, I’ll check out their apartment as it’s more of our style. At the end of the night, my wife and I enjoyed sitting on the roof top terrace with our drinks and relaxed with a view of the Alhambra.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man kann von hier alles fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, ebenso das ganze Haus. Die unerwarteten Annehmlichkeiten, wie eine Flasche Wein, oder zu Silvester die obligatorischen 12 Weintrauben haben uns sehr gefreut.Das Rezeptionsteam ist super und auch die Zimmermädchen sind toll. Wir können dieses Hotel ohne Wenn und Aber sehr empfehlen.

Great location to be at, short walk to Alhambra. We had a sewage smell in our room that came from the bathroom, the shower stall was so close to the toilet that larger people will have a problem using the toilet. One side of the bed didn't have a night stand but a very small ledge to put stuff on.

My stay in Granada (4 days) was made much more memorable by staying at this hotel. The staff was outgoing, accommodating, friendly, and amiable. Their breakfast service and offerings were outstanding, and remarkably reasonable. Daily interactions with the staff were met with a smile. Would I stay there again? Yes. Wholeheartedly.
