Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was lovely. It was nice to have breakfast (with fresh fruit) made available in the morning. However, this is a large, 2-story motel. It is a more vintage venue and as an elder person I have this advice: If you cannot do stairs, please request a first-floor room. There is no elevator.

There was no one there, we got there about midnight to check in, asked for bottom floor room, told there was non but looked like there were plenty. Was put on the back side of the 2nd floor near so called pool. Beds were NIT comfortable at all, room were nasty. Glad we only slept couple hours and left. Idk how hotels.com can use then. Didn’t even take pictures cause couldn’t get out fast enough, felt dirty after staying there. Took a shower with shoes on, still felt dirty. Had young children with us as well and they had red bites on them after we left. So very disappointed. Was definitely NOT worth the little bit of money and time spent there.

The place looks nice from the outside & while the room wasn't horrible the 1st thing we saw when we walked in the room was a big cockroach laying on the bed relaxing. We were serenaded by the drunk people in the room next door to us for several hours. The bed was not comfortable at all but we managed. I would have thought for the price it would have been a little better.

Had to call on the phone to get a agent at the desk, no one was at the desk when I got there shortly after 7. The room was nice, bed could use updated. Had to call the desk twice to complain about the young people in the room beside me. The second they offered to move me, nice gesture not gonna happen at 1030 at night tho. Other than that, the stay was nice

Room was disgusting, no remote control, no phone, water control in shower not working, hair dryer not working. Walk ways filthy!!! Lighting poor in walk areas and stairs. Breakfast poor, tables dirty, no food available at 845 am. Wouldn't recommend this hotel!!

The room floor was very dirty the flooring was lamantin and easy to clean I feel that it had not been cleaned in a long time other than this taking into account price and age of the hotel room was good bottoms of my socks were very dirty from walking on this floor I understand how hotels go I worked maintenance in comfort suites in Jacksonville NC for three years

We chose this for Pet Friendly. Right up there with Days Inn. Filthy, cockroach in my room, sure there were more I could not see. Slept with one eye open. If we had not just spent 16 hours driving I would have left. $100 room deposit. They should have paid me!
