Close to Harbour Outlets with many options for restaurants/groceries. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was fresh and clean, we didn’t use the bbq facilities but it would be nice to sit (with a small family/group) and socialise while the kids swim. Easy communication with check-in instructions. Limited on-street parking if you don’t fit under the garage. Would 100% recommend!

Located across the road (canal?) from Harbour Town Shopping Centre, we stayed here over Christmas and we were absolutely delighted by how good the apartment was. It has a full kitchen, great living spaces and comfortable beds. Very good value for money!

Large unit with large balcony. Very modern & clean. A few minutes walk to Harbour Town. Fairly quiet given proximity to Oxley Dr. Traffic noise didn't impact our stay though. Lovely pool & BBQ area. Only thing to mention is the layout to main bedroom & ensuite - when you open the door to main bedroom it covers the entire access to the ensuite and needs to be closed to enter ensuite. The ensuite also has a door opening into the ensuite space. It is a small entry space and there is potential to hit someone exiting the bedroom by someone coming in. Ok for a few days though. Also no oven mitts, otherwise kitchen had everything we needed.

The property was in a good position - however the air conditioner did not work and it was extremely hot. We notified the manager and their response was “I thought that had been fixed” so they knew it wasn’t working - we were given a couple of fans but they didn’t really do anything as you can’t open the windows or doors as they don’t have any flyscreens. There was no mention of the air con not working at check in. More than happy to take the large amount of money but not deliver on the services. I left feedback on checkout form but heard nothing. Extremely disappointed with the stay very uncomfortable inside the unit. Could not recommend staying here.
