We asked staff to fix fans few times nothing happened as we stayed there for 4 days on the last day when we checked out we haven’t received our deposit and then we asked why we didn’t get our deposit back then they said we not getting it as we ran over their Garden and they not going to refund .
I went back to office fight for my deposit and they made me feel guilty saying we damage the garden and we are not paying for it but I have video that we didn’t damage any garden at all
It’s all they making excuses for not to pay us deposit back. We stay there without fan 4 days no one did anything.
Finally after a lot of conversation she paid us our deposit but made us guilty

Two bedroom apartments are good for a family with two kids. However, as in my case, I was required to sleep in one of the single beds that are always designed for children. Consequently, my feet hung over the end of the bed.
This problem is quite common and could easily be resolved by installing king beds at little extra cost.

The apartment was clean, good location and great size. Easy to check in and find. Overall really enjoyed our stay.
Only challenge was the aircon is central aircon but there was no vent in the 2nd room so my kids had no air conditioning which was a bit tough a few nights with kids waking up.

The apartment was dirty. Fans were caked in dust, black hairs in the bath tub and in the main bed, bathroom floor was dirty and gritty with sand, some of the cups provided still had coffee foam rings inside. Bathroom extractor fan was inop and bed sheets had stains on them. Was a good place to stay but seems the apartment that i almost payed 1000 dollars for, for 3 nights doesnt seem tobe kept well inbetween visitors.

Fully equipped kitchen and large fridge. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking was undercover although a little hard to manoeuvre as it was a tandem space.

It was horrible experience, aircon was not working and nor room had fan. Complained about aircon not working no response from room management. Completely avoid this place for your stay if you need to have pleasant experience on holidays.

Everything close to shops, pub had delicious lunch and Harbour town had eating places to go too. Not far to drive to Surfers or the theme parks.
