This was the first time I booked a hotel through an “app”. There were no problems checking in or out; the only payment required was the resort fee.
I was surprised how small the room was, and the fact that the bathroom had only a shower, not a tub. We did get everything promised (coffee maker, tv, fridge, microwave, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board). The towels were quite thin. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well.
The “grab and go” breakfast was adequate. The “fitness center “ consisted of a couple of elliptical machines. The “business center” consisted of two computers and a printer.
Based upon the steps required to enter the building, the narrow hallways on the guest floors, the small room sizes, and the narrow bathroom door and small bathroom size, the hotel cannot be considered handicap accessible.
I would recommend it for tourists who will spend the bulk of their time away from the hotel, and people like me who are just staying overnight.
