I booked the motel for two nights but only stayed there for one night. It is the worst hotel I have ever been! It is just better than a homeless shelter. No towel, very dirty bed, broken window and air conditioner. NOTHING! Most of all, it is unsafe! When I slept at midnight, some one knocked at my door very loudly! I was sacred and feared some one would broke in with guns! I kept quiet and wake all night without sleep! In the morning, I tried to cancel the second night. But no one was in the checkin lobby which was locked. I waited out of the door for an hour, until 9：30am. No one came. The neighborhood was terrible, full of wierd black homeless walking around. NEVER NEVER NEVER reserve this hotel. They just take your money and do nothing! ALERT

I did not stay. I simply had to find another place after late-night arrival and discovery that this place has nothing to do with the description on your website. I wonder why this property is even listed for booking. This is a road motel for walkers and etc. The reception guy though, was very supportive and understanding to my concerns trying to accomodate. But he could do nothing, basicallyh. This is not a place to stay for an average normal person who is travelling for any reason. This could be a place to stay, when there would be no other places available. As a last resort.

When I checked in the main door was locked and took a while for the receptionist to answer after calling. The first room I was given was dirty, smelled like smoke, and the bathroom had old bars of soap and dirty towel thrown everywhere. After I mentioned it to the guy at the front desk he moved me to another room. It was cleaner than the previous room but the comforter had cigarette burns, exhaust vent was dirty, the curtain was pulled down allowing people to see into the room, and there was another room slip on the desk with the same exact code and that I was given and date I was staying there. The next morning no one could be found to checkout with.

The worst motel/hotel I’ve ever experienced. No TV, distractions and activities , fights ,no service whatsoever. need I say more? If a wholesome family went there within one hour they would be fearing for their lives.

First room no tv and electricity kept blowing a circuit. They moved us to another room. People arguing till early morning. Staff was nice only available by phone number from Hotels. Com. No fridge or microwave nothing like pictures on the web.
