At first the room seemed nice but then we came across multiple issues.
1 - there is no lock for the main door to get into the room, the door does have a code that has to be entered but still needs a lock.
2 - the balcony door also has no lock, major safety concern.
3 - the closet with extra bedding was a disaster, everything unfolded & shoved in and was unable to be used.
4 - ROACHES. Yes, roaches. Unfortunately we didn’t see them until the 2nd day of being there but as soon as we did I called & was told an exterminator could come the next day, I said no we need to be moved into a different room ASAP - thankfully they did.
5 - when booking through hotels.com you have 0 access to any amenities or restaurants other than the pools. No gift shop, Starbucks, food or anything. Not even front desk or maintenance.
6 - minor issue, but none of the tvs channels worked and WiFi was barely working.
I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone else nor would I ever return. I truly didn’t want to stay the night in the “new” room after seeing the roaches but it was already late & we had no options. I definitely believe I spent way too much money on this hotel for the quality of room we had.
