came here for a concert at Jannus Live with my boyfriend. just needed a cheap place to stay the night. the staff here is super sweet and funny. room was very dirty and i didn’t want to touch anything, but that was expected when booking this motel. i recommend bringing your own blanket to sleep on and sleep with.

I showed up to check in and they didn't have any rooms even though I had a reservation for 2 nights. It was booked as 2 separate reservations because my trip plans changed. Hotels.com app shows I stayed 1 night and the property canceled the 2nd leaving me stranded. There was an event in town sold out properties everywhere.

Neighborhood nice. Rooms dirty, dusty, stinky. Looked at 2. The pull string in the kitchen dark from dirtiness and felt greasy nasty. Horrible minimal lighting. Most bulbs not working. Tears on couch. Dead roaches in bedroom. Live roaches in kitchen, both rooms. Rusted tub. Dirty bathroom rug. No soap anywhere. Old dirty mismatched furnishings with most having just screws sticking out and missing hardware. Exposed electric wires in room. Dirty shelves. Dirty inside closets. Dirty floors. Dirty windows. Doors had exposed cracks on edges of about an inch. One single latch lock on all doors. Very poorly secured. Exposed metal wire sticking out on staircase fencing. Pool out of service and dirty. No housekeeping sighted. Poor and lack of signage Single front desk staff person was unwelcoming and inappropriate. All outdoor seat cushions are old and saggy looking in addition to dirty. Parking is tight and not secure or private. The whole place is not fenced in. Sighted 4 people on property in raggedy clothes, 3 of them smoking, 2 with folding cloth chairs in front of room we checked out. Could definitely hear them speaking from inside of room while door closed. Broken blinds with dangling cardboard covering parts of holes with tape. Old knobs throughout. Office messy dirty unorganized. Was told refund would be processed from them to hotels.com and then to me which this place fell through with. They will not answer phone Hotels.com handled it pleasantly for me though. Do not book.

The room looked like something out of a horror movie. Walking in, there was an old ricketty dining table with old mismatched chairs and an empty hitch with cloudy glass and cobwebs. Beyond that, an old flat couch was awaiting a lonely retirement in an otherwise empty living room. The bedroom has 2 beds; mostly Stained sheets covered the mattress wrapped in plastic. Dingy walls and floors smelled moldy. The chipped enamel bathtub was the last straw; we did not stay longer than 5 minutes. Never got a chance to check out the kitchen. By far THE ABSOLUTE WORST motel I've ever stepped foot in.

Absolutely horrible from beginning to the end disgusting is an understatement was given a room with only one bed for 4 people then they brought a twin bed from another room with 2 of the dirtest shirtless people ever never ever again !!!!!!!

The room was terrible. There was no lighting in the room. There was no electricity in the room and it also smelled like crackheads had been in there smoking and they just left.

It ended with me getting man handled and tossed around my room and balcony!!! Cops, dcf, and a no contact order!!! All could have been avoided if the managers on duty did what I asked when I called the property 3 times that day!!! I got word that an ex was in my room destroying everything in it, so I called to see if there was anybody in my room that shouldn’t be…called 3 different times throughout the entire day. All they said was nobody has been in/out all day. Which turns out was wrong, unless stolen bicycles magically appear in rooms all of a sudden?!? I had my kids over that weekend and it was the start to it supposed to be relaxing, finally back together again weekend of just me n my kids!!! I called numerous times bc I felt like something awful was going to happen that day. I had the only key on me in my pocket all day. So there shouldn’t have been anyway anybody would have been able to get in there. Luckily I brought a trusted friend with me for back up. Thank God bc he got my babies away from that pos who had charged my car with them in it, scaring them as he banged on the windows. He tried to get into my car and take off with them in the backseat along with my purse, my phone, and everything else. Why didn’t they do as I asked and just opened the door to see if anybody was in there??? Now I live in my car, no kids, and dealing with dcf and law enforcement when I shouldn’t have to

The room had slick slippery floors like something was left on them, my son actually fell and hurt his knee. The water in the shower was on when we got there and would not shut off. There were bugs everywhere, cockroachs crawling out in daylight, it was nasty, we were scared to sleep there on the beds so we ended up leaving are requesting a refund which I'm not sure if we will get or not. The pool was solid green with algae. The area seemed like drug activity and scary people were residing at the hotel. People kept going near my truck outside and seemed to be scoping out my belongings in the back of my truck. I will never return, the place needs condemned.

Hi, no air conditioning and heater. No TV working. No toilet paper. I have to ask for. No lamp working. I need to call a lady to help me and once figuring some things, the Tv still doesn't work. The check out is a 10:00 am. An unpolite lady looked on my door and told me Check out is at 10:00 am. Better the one who checked me in. The other one n eds good manners and good customer service. Horrible place. Ugly furniture and carleless maintenance.

People rooming all night long outside door. People screaming, arguing. Felt unsafe. Internet and cable does not work. Very dirty. Burnet holes I bedding. Bathroom unsanitary very dirty. No toilet paper. Disgusting place.
