Great staff, good hotel close to public transport

The hotel is good, clean, and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Bus stop is right across the road, and takes you to the city centre in less than 15 mins (and train station in just over 20 mins). The staff is brilliant. Our son got sick during the stay and they were very accommodating with his needs.

The hotel itself is located more in a residential area of Salzburg, but there’s a bus stop conveniently located outside. It was easy to take the bus to the city.
