The view from the room was very nice and the beds/pillows were super comfy! It was very noisy being on the bottom floor, hearing the people above. Also, the carpets were filthy, as my 10 month old was covered in dirt after crawling around. The check in/check out process was super smooth. Lastly, the towels smelled like mildew.

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a wedding in Traverse City. For how much it cost it was exactly what I needed. I am a fisherman and was a little disappointed I couldn’t fish off of the docks that were outside my door. The room was a bit better than I expected, very comfortable, AC worked great.

Fife Lake was beautiful. The accommodations were nice. The only recommendation that I would say is that someone should clean the room if you’re staying there for a week and the beach that they offer should be cleaned from the goose feces and seaweed.
