Staff was not helpful at all. Room (junior suite) was tiny. Didn’t provide either of the promised items through hotels.com - bottle of spirits and/or beverage per person. Wait staff was inattentive. Most promised amenities were not in service. No dedicated beach chairs and beach itself was extremely overcrowded. All activities promised as offsite through hotel were fully booked. Room service cut off early and breakfast was not good. definitely not worth the $$ and would not return. The only good part was the Italian restaurant - food there was great and the wait staff were very kind.
