Front entry to check in was a work zone. Unsafe! Rooms were dirty. From linens to half used bathroom tissue roll. Door to room would only lock with key and loose knobs and screws where you could also see daylight around the door. Only because I booked online with no refund possibility for a $150 dollar room I would of gladly passed it up if it wasn’t that it was the only one available at the time.

This is a great budget minded place to stay.Even though construction of a partial remodel was taking place it wasn’t a problem. All the staff is kind thoughtful and very helpful. The room was big the bed was comfortable tv worked great and the sheets clean. Spacious bath area with plenty of hot water clean linen and cold A/C.This an older property so don’t expect new and shiny. If your staying in pilot point I recommend this place and would gladly stay again

towels were gray and only one set for two people. shower drained slow and bottom slick and hard to stand in. room looked like it hadn't been dusted in weeks. ceiling fans needed repaired made a knocking noise. entry light not working.

the guy at the desk was very friendly. the shower bottom has a crack in it so when you shower water goes all over the floor, not only in the bathroom but in the room. its not a recent issue because the trim is brown everywhere (was painted white). this place is like stepping back into the 70's. the towels were stained 9 (a lot not just one little spot), the sheets were nasty and stained as well (gross). we slept on top of the blanket. it was a place to lay your head but.....

Drive to another hotel!!!

Dingy, dusty, water damaged room! For this cost, I expect more!! Broken toilet paper holder repaired very badly. Tub leaked & flooded bathroom. Electrical outlets didn’t work. Coffee maker & pods but no cups provided to have coffee.

Nice but needs minor improvements

Hotel staff is very friendly and accomodating. Room was nice but could use a good cleaning. Head board is covered in dust. All of our towels and washcloths had dark stains on them. They were kind enough to give us clean towels fresh out of the dryer, which had stains on them as well. We were here for a business trip. My wife stayed in the room to work remotely while was away working for the day. I believe this is the first hotel we've ever stayed at that did not have any kind of table or chair in the room. She had to do her work and eat on the bed, as that is the only furniture to sit on. Hotel is convenient being right on the highway. Overall, our stay was good but with a few improvements could've been better.

Carpet was old and stained, shower stall was broken and caulked back together, mattress was thin and springy. I couldn't charge my devices overnight because the light switch controlled all the lights and plugs.

For my needs it was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was dated and a little worn, but it was very clean. The shower worked great. No issues with hot water. The beds were worn-out, but clean. I had no issues sleeping during the day, the room was well insulated. The a/c worked great.
