Great location and excellent communication. Only thing not so happy with was having to take rubbish out ourselves. I think it is a bit unreasonable to expect guess to take any rubbish out. Yes, by all means leave the place tidy and rubbish in the apartment bins but to take them out should be role for the cleaners. It is not that we are snubby but with the pressure of a 10:00 am exit plus carrying one's luggage plus checking out in their app plus getting entry to the bin room outside can be stressfu and leave a bad taste to guests. I am saying this also as someone experience also as landlord who also rents our summer villa in Spain for 20 years now.

Great location close to transit, a lot of space, and a bed big enough for someone 6’3 in the room we selected. My wife loved the kitchen and ability to cook during our stay. Very clean and comfortable - I highly recommend staying here.

The apartment itself was very nice and well maintained. However, we had difficulty sleeping the first two nights due to parties being held in the courtyard until 0300. There were signs indicating quiet hours were 2200-0700 daily. No one adhered to these rules. I had to raise my voice at 0200 and at 0300 on the second day of our stay for the partiers to finally stop yelling and drinking on the courtyard. Although the property location is ideal, we will not stay here again. Not being able to sleep and paying good money is unacceptable.

It was unique, clean and safe. Loved the lobby and everything about the room. State of the art equipment and cozy atmosphere. The safety deposit is almost as much as the room cost itself. Guess that’s to be expected

The apartment is easy to find from the main Praterstern train station. Inside, it is well lit and warm (centralised heating) although sometimes I felt it is too warm. All cooking utensils are available and generally the rooms are of good size and furnishing. Shower is great too. 5 stars experience. The only slight difficulty was the check in process where you need WiFi to get your entry code and your check in code. It would be good if communication is more in English than Austrian/German. Thank you

Overall this was a good stay, however the description which states air conditioning and the way the apt is cooled (using water pipes under floors) are not congruent. The living space was never below 25 C. We were staying during a heat wave and it was very hot. We did email requesting an extra fan as there were 4 occupants in the two rooms. We were told an extra fan had been delivered when it had not. They did bring an extra fan for the final night in the unit. Otherwise the unit was clean and had good access to public transit. There is a nice balcony, courtyard, and an area to purchase beverages.

Wonderful one-bedroom apartment. Recently renovated with high-end features. Fabulous rain-forest shower. "Full-size" (by European standards) refrigerator with freezer so we were able to make plenty of ice, but we did bring our own ice trays. (Been to Europe before!) Two-burner induction stove. We were able to cook breakfast easily (eggs and bacon and toast in the convection oven). TV has no cable so bring your Roku (or Firestick) as we did and plug it into the side of the TV. Internet access was top notch, absolutely no issues. Washer-drier available on 1st floor. The only complaint is that is was so comfy that we didn't get out the door early enough each day!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt zu fünft als Familie, können sie nur empfehlen! Das Babybett war schön hergerichtet & sogar einen Trip Trap gabs, die Küche war super ausgestattet. Das ganze Appartement sehr modern, grosszügig & stillvoll eingerichtet & dass nun sogar ein Baum gepflanzt wird für unseren Aufenthalt, ist das Sahnehäubchen!

Soggiornare è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa. L'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante dello urban jungle mi ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il personale è stato eccezionalmente gentile e disponibile. La posizione centrale ci ha permesso di esplorare comodamente la città, con numerose attrazioni turistiche e ristoranti a breve distanza a piedi. L'appartamento era spazioso, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La pulizia era impeccabile. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque stia pianificando un viaggio a Vienna! Ho solo due appunti da fare, il primo è che al nostro arrivo, abbiamo scoperto che la nostra camera non era ancora pronta, nonostante avessimo prenotato in anticipo e abbiamo avuto problemi con l’accesso per più dí mezz’ora fino a dover chiamare l’assistenza. Inoltre, siamo rimasti delusi nel constatare che non c'era acqua calda disponibile al mattino alle 4:30 orario del nostro check out. Ma poi sono stata informata dal proprietario che Ogni appartamento ha un serbatoio dell'acqua calda da 150 litri, che viene riempito centralmente dal nostro sistema di riscaldamento due volte al giorno al mattino presto e alla sera per garantire ai nostri ospiti acqua calda durante i normali orari delle docce. Probabilmente hai svuotato il serbatoio la sera/notte prima e non è stato riempito
