Fantastisk B&B med flott beliggenhet til alt i Venezia Vi har gått til alle severdigheter. Ønsker man ta båt ( buss på vannet) er det 3-4 min gange.Alle avstander i beskrivelsen stemmer. Flotte rom ( superior), renslig, god størrelse på rom, stort bad og seng. Stille og rolig gate. Vi kjøpte frokost første dag, men ligger beskrivelse på rommet til frokost steder som kun er noe få minutter unna. Vi ankom etter kl 12 og fikk da kode til rommet. Sendte mail via hotels til hotel, husk legg med privatmail så får du koden der. Stedet kan virelig anbefales. Og husk utforske Venezia nord/vest for B&B rundt Campo San Giacomo der fant vi vårt fristed i Venezia.

Muy recomendable. Buena comunicación a pesar de no tener personal 24 hrs en recepción. Muy bonitos cuartos. Muy limpios. Todo lo necesario. Fuera de la zonas turística pero muy accesible a cualquier de ellas.

This was our first time in Venice so we did a lot of research on where to stay and this B&B had excellent reviews for a good reason. The beds were were not fluffy but very comfortable and we slept so well. Everything in the room worked well, especially the bathroom/shower. We were unable to change the temperature on the room however it was October and other than some “to be expected” humidity, we were very comfortable. Sabrina was excellent with communication and suggestions. The location was absolutely perfect! Central to everything, quiet, and felt less “tourist” and more “homey” than many areas we walked through. We would stay here again without hesitation.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in Venice and highly recommend! The property was clean and had all the amenities needed. It is tucked away on a quiet side street, which was a nice retreat away from the crowds, while still being within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and main attractions. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again!

Excellent service: We got lost and unbeknownst to us Alberto found us wandering through the alleyways and guided us to our accommodation. He was so kind and helpful. Giacomo and Sabina were professional and provided us with useful tips. Room was very spacious and clean.

I liked how close to everything this hotel was . Minutes walk to rialto bridge a just further on st marks square and the grand canal . Would definitely recommend this hidden gem .

Felt like a true venetian experience staying here. We had a balcony right above the canal, and the room was super cute. Check in and out were very easy and the owners are quick to respond if you have any questions.

Like many places in Venice, there is a trek once you get off the water taxi, but it is worth it when you arrive at this property. The room is comfortable, a nice bathroom, and just a good space to stretch out a bit in the room. Walking to all the main sites is Venice is easy from this location. We appreciated the care the owners put into the property.
