Great location! Easy access to French Quarter and beyond. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom on the small side for our room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Limited parking and it’s $50 a day. I would book and stay again.

Great place in a great location! Chose Chateau Hotel New Orleans to get more of a NOLA experience by staying in a place with character and history. It was lovely, clean, and the staff was very helpful. It was a little confusing finding the parking area since it's adjacent to the main building on the opposite side of St. Philips, but otherwise it was a smooth check-in and out. My daughter got to see her first Second Line pass under our balcony, and we could see the walls of the Ursalines Convent from there. :)

Staff and service was amazing. Hotel is centrally located. Close to all hot spots but far enough that it wasn't too loud. Everything is walkable. Hotel is older but big and comfortable.

Wonderful location in the French Quarter with comfy beds and not too loud despite proximity to Bourbon St. Many restaurants, shops, galleries and cafes within a few blocks. I took a quick dip in the lovely pool to cool off one afternoon and had it all to myself. The paint could use a refresh in the room we were in but the room was very clean and the shower worked perfectly with great water pressure. I would definitely stay here again.

No onsight restaurant. Not needed because the entire French Quarter is full of restaurants. Staff were accommodating. Not many using the pool in February.

Cute hotel right in the action of the French Quarter. It is very hard to find there is just one small sign so if you didn’t know the area, you would really struggle to find it. My Lyft driver could not find it and actually asked me to pull out my phone and GPS to try to help him find it. We only found it after an employee happened to be out at the corner where it was supposed to be and we asked if we were right in the correct place. Besides that it was a nice stay, rooms aren’t huge, but get the job done. Rooms could have been cleaner, but overall great stay. Staff was really nice. Their connection with a local cab company for driving to the airport was great and very affordable. They were punctual and got me back to the airport and plenty of time.

Hotel Chateau was perfect for our weekend getaway! Perfectly nestled between Bourbon & Decatur, we were close to the Quarter and Jackson Square and the French Market. Elaine checked us in and was delightful! Perfect stay!

The staff was really sweet. That was why I gave one star and the two front desk. Ladies we dealt with were wonderful, pleasant, bubbly, helpful. The bed had like a sink in the middle so your hips kind of dipped way down. There was a motion light outside the window, which the window had no curtain so all night long this bright light flashed into the room. The TV is on a streaming service that stopped in buffer every 90 seconds it took almost 20 minutes for the water to get hot in the shower then there was a water main break so there was no pressure that’s not the hotel‘s fault but at that point or stay there was so awful. It became comical. Somebody sat outside our door and smoked pot despite it having a no smoking rule, and the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants all night long.
