Very pleased with my stay here. The furniture and rooms are newly renovated/very modern and well kept. I would highly recommend this accommodation to others as it is close to transport and grocery shops/restaurants. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Great place to stay!

My family had a great stay. The apt. comfortably accommodated 3 adults. It was as seen in the pictures and is located in a great place for food and transportation. The area felt safe. The apt./hotel was quiet. It is houses short term/long term and senior residents. The Effiel Tower can be seen from the rooftop. There is no housekeeping services. We got one towel for our 2 week stay and took out your own trash. The staff were nice, spoke some English and were generally helpful. However, they did not fulfill requests for towels or an iron although they said they would. We would stay again.

Rent only if you have your own vehicle!

Pros: Nice, clean and large apartment Close to restaurants and shops Breakfast is very basic 8 Euros. Price is fair. Beakfast offers croissants, bread, boil eggs, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice, cereal, muffins, however, croissants and yogurt are missing Cons: No one speaks English No iron. I requested iron twice and they gave me a defective iron without the ironing board. Sunday is a bad day to take a bus for Paris. I was ending up taking taxis for Paris which was cosing 20 to 30 Euros, however, it cost us 70 Euro to travel up to the main Paris train because we had two suitcases. This place is great only if you have your own vehicle. Otherwise, look something in Paris because we ended up paying so much money on the taxis. It's a wastage of time to wait for buses and trams which doesn't run very often.

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. quartier calme, quelques difficultés pour se garer si vous avez une voiture mais c'est habituel pour la région parisienne 😁. Petit plus, une belle terrasse accessible à tous sur le toit avec vue sur la Seine, la défense et surtout.... La tour Eiffel !!!

First of all, they did not disclose that the service apartments are in a senior living facility. Not that it is a deal breaker but it would be nice to know in advance… I came here to work for a week. When I got to my apartment, there was no dish soap, trash bags, or scrubbers. Just odd. I went and bought some. Then the WiFi. Non-existent. The router didn’t work so I called the front desk. They came and said it was a problem with the apartment and would have a tech out on Tuesday (this was Friday). He told me I could hop on other units for the time being. Each unit I tried was hit or miss. They would constantly lose connections. On Tuesday, no tech came. I called and they said “sorry” well send someone tomorrow”. No one ever came. If you are a senior and don’t need to work, it might not be a big deal. I was THERE TO WORK. I will not stay there again.

Moyen par rapport à l'établissement

Ma chambre présentait un chauffage démonté et poser à même le sol, ce sol gras et glissant dans toutes les pièces, je penche pour un produit mal rincé, quand je suis rentré de dîner je me suis rendu compte que tous les chauffages ne chauffaient pas correctement malgré le réglage au maximum et avec la nuit je me suis aussi aperçu qu'il n'y avait aucun volets ou rideaux occultants dans le salon où était la tv, pas cool avec tous les vis à vis ! Bref il était trop tard pour demander à changer de chambre, mais j'ai pu avec la gentillesse de l'accueil changer pour la deuxième nuit, quel bonheur d'avoir du chauffage en revanche toujours pas de rideaux, quel dommage ! Pour le petit déjeuner c'est aussi très moyen, c'est dommage car le reste est plutôt bien pour le prix proche de Paris.

本当にこの施設はやめておいた方がいいです、、。 ホテルと謳っていますが、恐らく元老人ホームで、せっかくのフランス旅行を過ごすべきではない場所です。 ベッドサイドのテーブルの引き出しには使用済みのティッシュが2つもあり、洗面所の下には使用済みのタオルが投げ捨ててあり、部屋にも怪しい穴がありました。 清掃が行き届いていなく、写真とは全く違った部屋のため、翌朝チェックアウトしたいと伝えましたが、「普段の清掃はしっかりと行っている」と謝罪はなく、ただただ言い訳を述べるのみでした。 結局翌日にはチェックアウトをし、新しいホテルを探しましたが短い間の旅行で大きなタイムロスと嫌な思い出を作ってしまいました。 写真ではとても良い場所に思えますが、予約するのはやめておいた方がいいと思います。

Une nuitée après journée à Roland Garros. Nous avions appelé avanr pour prendre quelques informations (accès residence, parking, accès si arrivée tardive...etc) La personne au téléphone nous a très bien expliqué avec un accueil chaleureux. Comme lu dans les précédemment commentaires, c'est une Résidence senior donc calme, un peu trop au petit déjeuner, une petite musique de fond aurait été la bienvenue !

The rooms are located inside a senior citizen service building, but it’s not mentioned outside so we were looking for the property for a long time. The front desk charged us city tax which we already paid for. The studio is very nice, clean and spacious. But there were a lot of ‘small’ things that could be better; no floor towel for the open shower (so the bathroom floor is always wet when you shower), only one towel for two people, no hair dryer, a garbage bin in the middle of the room without a lid. There’s a small kitchen which is nice, with a dish washer, but nothing to wash any dishes (soap or towel).
