Rooms and service at the hotel were great. The reception team were friendly and helpful. They just took a while to send me the payment link to make my deposit when I initially booked but apart from that everything was great. Will definitely visit again given the great location in Brickell as well

The space worked really well for a family our size, which made the stay comfortable and easy. It is not overly fancy or remarkable, but it was clean, pleasant, had a nice view, and was conveniently located for getting to the cruise ports.
