I rate this stay as a 2 in a 1 to 5 rating. For two reason.
1. Booked and paid a stay in their more expensive Deluxe unit. When I arrived I found I was place in the their less expensive unit . I then called Lowki about the problem. In the end , They did nothing to fix the problem. The would not move me into the apartment unit I paid for or refund me difference in the prices between the apartments for my stay, The also would not refund the difference in the apartment prices to the third party that I did the booking with. 2. The Sofa Bed in the apartment was terrible to sleep on. The springs and bars were felt easily on your back through the thin mattress. My recommendation is if you decide to book Lowki book the cheapest room they have and don't expect to sleep on the Sofa bed.
