The location of the hotel is tactically really good. A lot of good restauranzts, cafe and the Harbour nearby. Everything was really clean as we haven arrived. However walls are way to thin and we couldn’t get much sleep, because it was way too loud. Other tourists, the street and the musholla nearby kept us awake during the night. Really sad, beside that it could be a good hotel.

Everything was alright, but beds were very firm/hard and shower would flood the bathroom. There was no lip to stop the water from coming out all over the rest of the bathroom floor and drain for it was in a terrible spot so the water could drain into and no extra towels to clean up the water. I literally booked a family room that was supposed to have two queen beds, but when I checked in, my room was already given to someone else. They gave me a room with only one bed and said that no other rooms were available. It was very terrible because my husband had to sleep on the floor. I booked the room more than two months in advance, how could they give it to someone else on that day? This hotel is very unreliable.

We had a booking at this hotel for our tour to Komodo Island, sadly our tour and our flights were cancelled due to a volcano eruption in Flores and we couldn’t make it, we tried talking to the hotel and they were extremely closed to helping or refunding our money even though it was definitely not our choice, so I am a bit biased as to my review and their terrible policies and customer service.
