Very good hotel!

Hotel is located beach front, the reception and the room are excellent, they offer complimentary valet. Everything you need for a getaway weekend. The cons are the elevator and no room service, so you have to ask for food from restaurant outside the hotel.

Frustrating start

Unfortunately when we tried to check in they had no record of our reservation. It took us an hour to finally get things sorted out. Very frustrating. Once we got to the room, accommodations were nice. Good view and great location.

Good location bad elevator

I really liked the location. The set up of the room was great. Rooms were in need of some updating as they are a bit tired looking; With the exception being the bed. It was comfortable The worst thing was that there was only one working elevator and for a day and half it was broken down as well so we were delegated to the service elevator or using the stairs. Often it took five to ten minutes to get to your room.

Overpriced Condo

The condo is right on the beach and centrally located walking distance to several excellent restaurants. The condo itself was a disaster: many broken items and non functioning appliances. The water pressure and temperature unpredictable and disastrous for what we paid. Loved the view and access to the beach but that was it. Would not return to this property.

Great location for price

Great place. Great location. Great service. Valet parking was awesome. Beach chair service was awesome. Rooms are small. Fridge is small, wasnt super cold, and the freezer was nonexistent. Beach is a short walk from the room with a large building between resort and beach front. Beach is pretty and tons of shells. Water was dark and brown while we were there - likely due to recent storms. Overall great resort just wish pool was bigger and fridge was bigger/colder. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Tired

This is my second stay at this property this winter 2025 and 5th stay over the past 3 years. The only word that comes to me to summarize my experience is tired. Throughout both stays this year there was only 1 elevator working and during my first stay the only working elevator was the service elevator. The furniture in the units is outdated and worn. The bedding and sheets are equivalent to those at a Motel 6. Although room cleaning is provided daily I had to ask 2 times for my room to be cleaned by the end of the day. There is also an odd relationship between the MBOS and the Tarpon Club. The beach area is shared with designated beach seating areas for each. However the staff caters to the Tarpon Club providing chair set up and food/beverage service on the beach. It is like the property doesn't know what it should identify as- hotel? condo? or Club?

A great find!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property, from March 2 - 6, 2025. We enjoyed our king room with full ocean view, terrace, and kitchen. The beach offers free lounge chairs with umbrella and there is a cute beach bar a short walk away, also restrooms located there. Highly recommend!

Gem on the Gulf of America!

Location Location Location!! On the Gulf of America, pristine beach with Towels, Beach Chair and umbrella service. Valet included, in and out privileges. Suites are well Appointed, Clean and Spacious. Well worth the Money. I will Stay Again for sure. Ask for a High Floor, pool is on 5 so views start at 6 and up. I was on 12, views were spectacular not to Mention the Amazing Sunset’s!!
