Don’t stay here

Absolute dump of a hotel. They only clean the rooms every 3rd day. The hotel stinks and the rooms shake every time a tube goes underground!

Hospedagem incrível! Muito bem localizada! Equipe muito simpática e acolhedora! Foi feito um upgrade! A hospedagem tinha um quarto de casal, banheiro, sala e cozinha! Tudo muito limpo! It was a lovely surprise. The spacious front room and kitchenette and compact bedroom. The shower was a bit smaller than i expected but it was still a good experience. I wiukd definitely cime again.

An Unforgettable Anniversary Stay

We were in London for our big anniversary celebration and picked this hotel for its super convenient location and the en-suite washer/dryer in the rooms—perfect for our six-night stay. However, we were very happily surprised by just how spacious our room was. It wasn’t just a hotel room; it was a full one-bedroom apartment with a hallway! It is luxurious, with high ceilings and classic styles with a modern touch. Also there are 2 bathrooms in the suite!! One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view—we could see both Tower Bridge and the Tower of London from our “dining room” and bedroom. It was truly unforgettable! Aroona and her team—Akhil, Jinsul, and Philip—were absolutely wonderful. They were so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed every single day. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The reception team also left us a thoughtful gift and a heartfelt note for our anniversary, along with two lovely balloons on the sofa—unfortunately, we couldn’t take them home! I would absolutely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to London. The staff made our anniversary trip extra special, and we are so grateful for their kindness and exceptional service.
