We arrived around 7PM to a sign with a phone number which we could not connect to. We had to wait around for 20-30 minutes before someone else arrived who was able to help us connect. Then it took another 10-15 minutes before the clerk arrived to check us in. The hotel room was just okay. Nothing special.

Disappointing and poor service

The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category.

Le rapport qualité prix est parfait, le personnel très courtois et réactif, le petit déjeuné est bien achalandé. La possibilité de pouvoir se garer au pied de la chambre est un plus bien appréciable. Le matelas est un peu mou mais confortable. Petit bémol sur la douche/ baignoire avec un pommeau qui ne tient pas et une protection trop petite du coup petite inondation.

Une nuit à 110€ hors saison qui ne vaut pas son prix ! Le matelas est sale, la propreté du jaccuzi est à revoir, les affaires des précédents client n'était pas ramassés.
