An excellent place, very clean and well located for activities in Georgetown. The hosts were immediately responsive to any request and very attentive to every service I needed. I would rent it again.

The place had no parking for tenants, the stairs are very narrow and difficult to climb, the countertop was filthy, garbage was openly stored under the counter, both bathrooms are located on the same floor as the kitchen, most dangerous was the bedrooms are located in the attic with no fire escape and you have to enter one bedroom for access to the second bedroom with no privacy. I immediately moved out after speaking with the owner.
