Um simulacro de resort

Graças a Deus ficamos apenas uma noite neste hotel. É intitulado como resort, pois oferece pensão completa. A comida não é tão diversificada, mas é saborosa. Tivemos problema logo na chegada, pois informaram que havia a reserva, mas que a hoteis.com não tinha pago. Mostrei o recibo, mas para evitar o desgaste, efetuei o pagamento, o qual está em processo de reembolso. Entretanto, o entrave sobre pagamento não foi o maior impacto, mas a chegada no quarto: os lençóis não foram trocados, pois havia pelos dos hóspedes anteriores; no banheiro havia absolvente íntimo e no box tinha um tufo de cabelo. Já tinha havido muito desgaste e já eram 23 horas, virei o lençol para dormir. No outro dia, na nossa saída, a camareira utilizando um tradutor do árabe para o inglês veio me pedir gorjeta, pois havia limpado o quarto. Tentei dizer para ela que o quarto não estava limpo. O hotel tem acesso a praia, mas recomendo buscar outro lugar.

Everything was so bad ....Also food was so bad and the hotel is not all inclusive there was no snacks and so limited drinks and food and so bad attitude and so small beach .. rooms was not so bad ....also they took extra money from me over the room rate i paid...so bad experience.

So Disappointed

My stay was so disappointed i reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights and when i arrived and going for check in they told me that you must pay extra money so i told them i already payed throw hotels.com but they told me that this rate is for foreigners not for Egyptians so you must pay extra money about 20$ per night per room so i told them that i will stay only 1 night and i will check out next day and i need full refund for the remaining 2 nights in both rooms and they talked to the reservation department and confirmed with me that they will refund me so after a month now they don't refund me so i talked to reservation department and they told me that they will resolve the problem and refund me and nothing happend till now...so if you are Egyptian please call them before you reserve to know the difference that you will pay.

What did we like? The Staff & Management. E.G. we arrived very late on our first night and the Management arranged some food for us & the restaurant staff look after us. This place is not the Ritzs, but room was always cleaned daily & the few Hick-ups we had were sorted asap & a understanding smile. The interaction we had with the staff made the stay seem like the Ritzs. Just ask & they would try hard to help you. The swimming pools were clean and often after snorkeling in the sea,shower & then to the pool couple beers and relax in the sun. I / we look forward to returning. For the price this wa a gem.

This should be advertised as “Some-Inclusive”. The bar regularly ran out of beer at 10.30pm, the only alternative was cheap spirits. When there was beer, it was served in plastic cups more like shot-glasses and they had nothing bigger (or weren’t allowed to serve beer in anything bigger). There were no snacks available anywhere throughout the day unless you paid extra. There was no real fruit juice at any time, just cheap overly-sweet mix that tasted like a child’s drink. The staff were amazing and quick to try to remedy issues. (No complaints about the staff team at all, all working hard with what they had). On my first night, I found my room had no hot water, the fridge made a noise like a washing machine, only one socket worked and the air conditioning remote had no batteries. They fixed all of this except the socket the next day. The restaurant food at dinner alternated very slightly but was pretty much the same every day. Chicken and fish. Cooked the same way every time. There is no real coffee served at this hotel. It’s all awful instant powdered rubbish that, like the “fruit juice”, tasted awful. This is not my first time in Egypt and I have seen it done well and properly previously. It’s all cheap shortcuts here that affect the overall experience. I popped to the hotel next door for lunch one day. A different world entirely.

The staff were extremely helpful. Sometimes the female activities staff were a little aggressive in their approach. Lovely clean hotel, great pool & beach. It would be good if staff understood dietary needs such as vegan.

för eran kunder skull rekommenderar jag att ni ta bort detta 3 stjärnig hotellet från bokning listan, hotellet borde rivas ned och byggas om, det enda fördelen är välvilliga personal, vid havet och hyfsad måltider som matchar och hotells nivån, man får inte förvänta sig mer än de hade serverat. Själv kunde jag inte sova två nätter p.g.a. dundrade luftkonditionering sen fick jag flytta till ett annat rum och där saknades varm vattnet, blev jag förkyld när jag duschade två dagar med kallt vatten , så ni ser hela resa loppet var ett slag av tortyr och inget annat. Tack EXPEDIA.

Das Hotel war nicht sauber, für den Preis kann man nicht allzuviel erwarten, aber ich selbst stelle nicht sehr hohe Ansprüche, weil ich ein günstiges Hotel gesucht habe. Das Personal war halbwegs freundlich. Das Bad war eine katastrophe, die Dusche war voll mit Schimmel, vielleicht hab ich ein Montagszimmer erwischt..
