Excellent Host/delicious homemade pastries!!

Ángels is an excellent HOST as she responds to all messages promptly, answers ant questions, informative, speaks several languages fluently and provides an awesome breakfast!!!! Many pastries were homemade as she is an expert baker. Her accommodations are described and photos are accurate. I personally like access to a kitchen area or space and utensils to make sandwiches to take on daily outings and that is not included here but it is also not advertised to include this. There is a little refrigerator in community area to use.

Angela and her staff are wonderful hosts at the heart of Palermo. The property is very well located, close to transportation options and completely walkable to any part of the old and modern centers of the city. Angela puts out an amazing breakfast every morning and successfully competes with the cafe down the street with any drink request one may have.

This was our first time staying at a B&B so we were a little skeptical. However, it was great. The location was fabulous, close to everything. The room was super comfortable. We had our own spacious bathroom, and Angela, the host/owner of Amélie B&B, was the best. She made our stay feel like home. She had a hearty breakfast laid out each morning for the guests. She answered all our questions about where to go visit and shop, she even ordered us a taxi when it was time to leave. We feel Angela made our stay so much better than had we stayed at a hotel. We highly recommend Amélie B&B.

Perfect B&B for exploring Palermo

this was such a lovely place. Easy walk to the historic area and so many places to see and eat. Also close to the more modern and elegant area as well. Very safe feeling neighborhood. was out walking at night til at least 11. Angela was so friendly and kind. Breakfast was plentiful, coffee was excellent. large bathroom was mine but across the hall. may not be to everyone's taste but fine with me. Wifi worked great. would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again

esperienza piu negativa che positiva,non ho mai incontrato la proprietaria (questa signora angela),non ho mai fatto colazionex2 perche il tavolo dove veniva servita al mattino dalle 8,30 sino alle 10 tempo prima era base di lavoro.Ho regalato 14 colazioni,per piu di un giorno intero e' mancata l'acqua figurati gli inconvenienti creati senza lavarsi ed il bagno sporco,dietro il wc sporcizia trovata in arrivo e lasciata cosi come era in uscita .tirate le somme voi considerando che in qualche albergo avrei anche pagato qualcosa in meno.Dimenticavo cosa fastidiosa pagamento appena entrato rigorosamente in contante.

Amelie is very well situated, a nice area, within walking distance of a lot of the sights and close to the airport bus stop. Our room was much tinier than we expected and did not have a small balcony overlooking the pedestrian street which we were also expecting. However it didn’t matter much as we were hardly there. So much to see and do in Palermo. Angela is wonderful, very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent, lots of variety, particularly homemade cakes and pastries, good espresso and capuchins. Would definitely recommend this bnb and stay there again if we return to Palermo one day.

We had an amazing time here. Angela is the perfect host, she makes you feel like family, and has great recommendations for how to spend your days in Sicily and nearby areas. She also makes an amazing breakfast every morning that you are welcome to partake in at your leisure -- including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, etc! My girlfriend and I loved our time there, and high recommend Amelie to anyone looking to go to Palermo.
