My first room was on the second floor, but the micro-sized elevator only stopped between floors. That meant dragging luggage up narrow stairs. The room itself was so tiny I couldn’t even stretch my legs properly. On the plus side, the TV worked and there was a nice park view — but the noise and lack of space made it impossible to sleep.
The second room was on the ground floor. It was still tiny, but at least the bed was bigger. Unfortunately, the TV was broken, the windows couldn’t be shut, and the noise from people partying in the park past 10 PM was extremely loud. The carpet in both rooms showed lots of stains, and there was no space to open a carry-on or luggage except on the bed.
Neither room had size information listed, and in no way does this qualify as a 3.5-star hotel as advertised. At best, this is a 1 to 2-star property.
The only positive: the staff were nice.
Either room had no room size information listed
And in no way this is a 3.5 stars hotel as listed
More like a 1-star, 1.5 stars, or 2 stars top!
The staff were nice
