Pictures are very deceptive

My first room was on the second floor, but the micro-sized elevator only stopped between floors. That meant dragging luggage up narrow stairs. The room itself was so tiny I couldn’t even stretch my legs properly. On the plus side, the TV worked and there was a nice park view — but the noise and lack of space made it impossible to sleep. The second room was on the ground floor. It was still tiny, but at least the bed was bigger. Unfortunately, the TV was broken, the windows couldn’t be shut, and the noise from people partying in the park past 10 PM was extremely loud. The carpet in both rooms showed lots of stains, and there was no space to open a carry-on or luggage except on the bed. Neither room had size information listed, and in no way does this qualify as a 3.5-star hotel as advertised. At best, this is a 1 to 2-star property. The only positive: the staff were nice. Either room had no room size information listed And in no way this is a 3.5 stars hotel as listed More like a 1-star, 1.5 stars, or 2 stars top! The staff were nice

Clean but I’d not return

No prior warning biometrics are necessary. Walk up narrow uneven staircases as elevator only goes to 2 floor. Reception was friendly but utterly unhelpful. I 2as told “just go on up to your room” with no direction on how to get there. I had to ask. No offerto take my luggage up. Internet did not work well. Had to enter the code to my room several tiimes beffore it opened. Virtually no luggage storage if you arrive early or want to leave a bit later. Room was clean and cool and quiet but Iwould not stay again. It’s not considerately thought out and run operation. I was surprised it’s a Marriott property.

Indtjekningen var nem og personalet søde. Værelset var utroligt lille, med pletter på gukvtæppet og et tykt lag støv på alle overflader. Da jeg bad om rengøring skulle vi at give 25 pund og 24 timers advarsel - aldrig noget jeg har hørt om før! Ligger med i et godt stille område tæt på metro og bus

Very disappointed with room, not like the pictures. Bed against walls on three sides making it challenging to share, needing to climb over your bed mate to go to the bathroom. Lift to second floor only with very narrow steep stairs for remaining levels. Have to pay £25 to get the room serviced. We stayed for a week and it was embarrassing to have to ask the reception for toilet paper, on a number of days. Great location, half the staff were friendly but would not recommend this place.

Excelente localização. Pertinho da Paddigton . Quarto iluminado, instalações modernas, mas um pouco apertado . O hotel não inclui limpeza dos quartos . Tive q pagar 25 libras para limparem o quarto. Os produtos banho e toalhas são fornecidos a qq hora

The employees were all really nice and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Really good bed, I often struggle to sleep elsewhere but I slept really well. Easy to get in with the code provided. All details are in the app. And perfect location, 5 min walk from Paddington Station. I would stay here again :)

La habitación era más pequeña de lo que la imaginamos, pero en general estuvo muy bien la estancia, muy buena ubicación a una cuadra de paddigton station, muy limpio y de fácil acceso.
