Great option near the airport. We booked last minute and we were very happy with the hotel. It is simple but clean and comfortable. The A/C was cold and the beds were comfy. The staff were nice and the lady in the kitchen was very friendly and made us great omelettes before our flight! For us it is the perfect option for a stay before an early flight.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and tried to do their best to accommodate. However, my room 201 was not ready at time of check-in there was an issue with the previous guest and the toilet. So I had to wait until repairs were done after check in, the water was turned off in my room so I had to go to another room to take a shower that was cold/luke warm which I had to go back to my original room because that was another guests room(I thank them for allowing me to do that). Finally was able to go back to my room and there was no hot water during my stay in my room either and the toilet still leaked on the ground after repairs were done. I am not expecting American standards but hot water or even warm water should not be an issue with the hotel have a 9.4/10 rating online. Again, the hotel staff and management were very nice and they did allow me to check-out an hour later due to the inconveniences of my check-in the previous day. It was only one night, but after a long flight I just wanted to relax.

I booked this hotel for the reviews. It was a great experience, conveniently located near the airport, very clean, friendly staff, quiet, nice patio, updated bathroom, comfortable bed. I couldn’t try their breakfast because i left very early but i don’t have a doubt that is great as everything else. This little hotel was better than my other stay in a luxury brand hotel chain in Santa Marta.
