Great new hotel

Beautiful, new hotel! Stopped for the night on our way to Nashville, TN. Great place to stay outside of Atlanta! Decor was modern and had everything needed for restful sleep on our journey! Staff were friendly and very helpful! Several restaurants nearby.

I brought a dog and advised them the dog was for one night at chhech-in and was charged for 2 nights of having a dog. When I tried to remedy the situation, I was told I had to tell them when the dog left. The person who checked me in was on night shift and he didn't tell that to anyone else.

Comfortable

The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are super quiet, the beds and pillows are comfortable. Only complaint is it seemed the air wouldn’t get cold even though the thermostat was set at 68. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Great value

This was a great hotel for a one night stay with kids. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is convenient to several areas restaurants. The hotel breakfast didn’t have much to offer, but it wasn’t bad. I would stay here again, especially given the price.

Met our needs for one night with a pet

We had not heard of this hotel so gave it a try. It’s only a few years old so appearance was fresh and clean. The room (king bed) was the smallest room we've stayed in but since it was just overnight wasn’t a problem. Bathroom was clean with a wonderful shower. Toiletries were provided including lotion and body wash. Small fridge in room but no microwave or coffeemaker (have never used coffeemaker anywhere so didn’t mind). We had one small dog and the fee was $50. The pet agreement included a clause that if the pet disturbed other guests we would be responsible for 100% of that guests room charge- hadn’t seen that before and inwoild hope you would get a notice first if there was a problem . Didn’t see an area for taking dogs out nor bags to clean up after them. Continental Breakfast was decent although not as many options as other hotels we’ve stayed at. Would consider staying again if we had to just for an overnight.

Mixed bag

Room was not very clean. The shower shampoo, conditioner and soap were all empty, which you only find out once you are wet. An excellent breakfast, lots of selection, quality food and roomy location.

Tiled floor was dirty in room. No frills hotel. Clock didn’t work. No replacements. No coffee pot or microwave in room. Tiny refrigerator. $25 deposit put on room that wasn’t told at check in. Says will come off from cc in 35 business days!!!!

DISAPPOINTED

We stopped by for a night hoping it will be good value for money, was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room we have, dusty and there’s only 1 chair available to sit on, i have to move the low bench chair and found all the dirt under it. It looks clean from the first look, but obviously they didn’t thoroughly clean it knowing it’s where they put guests with pets, deep clean it because we pay extra $50 for our pet. even the shower had some brown stains in the floor. for the money we pay, the least you can give us is a decent clean room. Breakfast is not appetizing as they only have microwaved eggs and sandwiches, very unhealthy options for almost $200 hotel overall we are dissatisfied with our experience
