Very welcoming! You feel looked after from the time you leave the lift on level 5 for reception to when you checkout. The layout of each room has taken into consideration of noise from neighbors thus you do not know if they are there or not. The rooms are layed out well. The only minor concern was no space around the sink in the vanity and no shelf in the shower. It was lovely to be able to get a barista coffee each morning from the in house restaurant!
