We really enjoyed our stay in the Luxury Puerto Caribe Boutique Hotel. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the furniture was so elegant. The whole place was very aesthetic. The hosts Geraldo and Marisol were very gracious, cheerful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Geraldo even prepared a suggested itinerary for us with great tips about local spots of interest, dining etc. I highly recommend this place and will love to come back for another vacation.

Nice place and what they offer. Pool very nice and handicap friendly. Area with karaoke, bar, microwave, coffee, and games. Room was very nice & clean w/a fridge and a very comfy bed! Wish they had help as some common areas are in need of attention!

The stay felt super nice with owners that made you feel like you were staying with family or friends at their home. Based on that, the service felt personalized, with lots of care and attention to detail. The room was very pretty, clean and comfortable. The pool was clean. The environment and its pool area felt relax and peaceful. Everything was very family oriented and the owners were always trying to ensure we as guests felt good, were having a great time in our stay, and that our needs had been met.

This property is NOT a luxury property. I was forced to stay there when my original host through VRBO did not provide credentials to access the property and was moved to this property. There were no windows in the rooms except for a window into the hallway, the furniture was falling apart and broken in the rooms, lobby, pool area. The lobby was set up like a daycare, and the “front desk” was a disastrous mess of paperwork mail and caving in. It was dirty there were broken windows, propped tables, and doors everywhere. On top of that I ended up leaving the next morning and not staying the whole time and they refused to refund me money! This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in Peurto Rico. I’m pretty sure the owner’s family was living inside of the rooms of the hotel room. None of the pictures were accurate. It’s like squatters took over a once nice hotel that was destroyed by a huge party.

Good: Attentive, friendly owners who are very focused on customer satisfaction Beautiful pool Extremely comfortable beds Nice bathroom There is a very nice brunch place just down the street The area we stayed in had excellent sound proofing. We couldn't even hear the coquis! Bad: In order to arrive, you have to drive through an abandoned sugar plantation. At night, it feels very remote. The entrance feels like you're checking into someone's living room. It is definitely not the lobby you would expect at the price point they charge. No food close by at night, no option for breakfast in the morning
