Worst Experience Ever, Pictures definitely need to be updated. We couldnt even sleep with the blankets and we slept with our clothes on not even sleeping clothes, going out clothes, and changed after a shower in the morning. Luckily, we only paid one night as we were going on a cruise the next day. But Will never recommends anyone to this place. The walls were crumbling apart every time someone slammed there door next to us, People fighting and screaming at each other, i felt like we were at a Pimp hotel for his prostitues

Razoável para quem quer economia e não se importa com um quarto legal, bonito e tals. É tudo muito básico, não há tv, os corredores são bem desorganizados, acontecia reforma em outros quartos inclusive em horários noturnos. Para quem não se importa, lá é interessante por ser bastante econômico.

Horrible hotel. They couldn’t find our reservation on arrival. The AC wasn’t working. The floors were all broken. The bathtub was extremely dirty. And we got a room with bunk beds. Asked to be moved to another room and was told it was completely full.

This hotel could be so nice with some renovations. Flooring is damaged our sink leaked but the staff were friendly and it appears they are starting to fix the place up . Great location quiet and safe and cheap rates. You get what you pay for.

Arrived Friday 4/18 For A 1 Night Stay ( Thank God It Was Only That ) When Getting Out Of The Shower There Was A Roach Between The Toilet And Sink. I Reported It. They “Fumigated” The Room When We Left For Dinner That Night . Next Morning, Another Roach Was Crawling On The Bed I Was Sleeping On. The Guy At Front Desk Went And Got It. Floors Were Filthy. You Could Tell They Haven’t Sweep Or Mopped That Place In Months. My 5yr Was Barefooted For About 10mins && His Feet Were Dirty/Filthy In The First 5mins. No Tv, Or Microwave In The Room. No Ice Maker In The Lounge. Others Rooms Doors Slammed So Hard, It’ll Wake You Up From Your Sleep. Receptionist Said I’ll Get A 30% Off For The Inconvenience With The Roach. I Haven’t Received Anything, I Dont Believe I Would Either, Which Is Fine, Hope They Use It To Clean The Place.

Not exactly how the pictures look. Bathroom door had a hole in it. Don't think they ever clean the floors properly...even the sheets had hair in it but they were comfortable mattresses. Ok enough to just sleep there. But not the type I am used to. Staff is very nice though.

Definitely a bait and switch hotel. We are usually not picky Travelers and are OK with hotels being simple. However, this stay has been bizarre. The location is great and the outside of the hotel and the lobby look nice. However, When we checked in the receptionists Did not speak any English. I had asked for a room that was quiet and we wound up in a room that was over a restaurant that played really loud music from 10 PM to 1 AM every night. The room literally shook. The room was unbelievably dirty. There were paint splashes everywhere, stains on the ceiling, our feet stuck to the floor, The faucet in the sink fell off and the stopper was not attached, the bathtub was rusty, The toilet was rigged with A coat hanger and rubber bands.. (my husband fixed it)… There was Only one side of a towel rack, but no bar to hang your towel on… The TV worked, but we couldn’t get the volume to turn down…. it was super loud and we had to wait in our room for 40 minutes for someone to come in with a new remote. The list goes on. I always trust Hotels.com… but you might want to take them off of your hotel list… the sad part is, it could be a really cute and clean hotel but no one seems to care about having return customers.

Cheapest hotel in south beach on spring break. Wifi did not work TV did not work Air Conditioner/heater did not work Their computer system froze up and they could not make us keys and was locked out of room for 1 hour while they fought, trying to get the system back up. Could not even unlock my door manually with a master key. Warm water, but not hot water. Fire alarm randomly going off at night loud enough to make your head explode and the fire trucks would show up. Ceiling light in the room was flashing. I would strongly suggest you avoid the hotel hotel at all costs. It’s mismanaged and in dire need of maintenance.

The hotel room was not properly cleaned when I arrived after check in, I know this because I found a ring on the floor when I entered the room. There are no do not disturb signs and on my second day there was no hot water and the WiFi did not work. When I asked front desk about the hot water and WiFi they had no idea what I was talking about nor did they offer any solutions. The bathroom was also not clean and really badly maintained, there was even a hole on the door.
