The staff was friendly and courteous. They tried their best to try and accomodate guest. Even though the hotel is due for an upgrade renovation, the place was secure, quite and peaceful and location was great. The beds was comfy, clean. Close proximity to everything- Paradise Point, Sanctuary Cove, Harbour Town, Southport and Surfers.

$7.90 for a small breakfast at the restaurant was wonderful, other options available. Freshly made Italian style pizza at the bar with live music in the early evenings was lovely. There's a restaurant in the hotel and a great Thai restaurant and a breakfast cafe within short walking distance. Staff were lovely and kind.

Extremely spacious room with two double beds that overlooked the pool, almost like having your own pool. Provided kettle but no microwave as any extra heat in the room sets off the smoke alarms. We only stayed one night but something set the smoke alarm off in the building and we were told to vacate the property by the fire brigade. Not long before the smoke alarm went off i could smell someone smoking weed. The pool was good. The bar also serves very nice pizza and had good live music on the Sunday. Didn't use the restaurant. Lovely view overlooking the harbour filled with small boats.
