Was immaculately clean and that’s what’s important to me. Room was spacious, beds and pillows were so comfortable. Right in the heart of things. I would advise people not to be put off looking that it’s not tall and fancy looking like those around it. Inside they will find a friendly staff and a CLEAN room!

Check in was great Nadia was very friendly. Professional n accommodating. Everything was going great until I asked the older Indian man for a "do not disturb" sign... Which seemed to upset him, at which time he SLAMMED his hands on the desk n THREW the sign at me AT ME😵 I WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN n heard several guest share similar experiences with this same Indian man...the sign was returned to him in the same manner 👍

Customer Service was friendly Room was clean Bed was comfortable Only down fall was you could hear people walking above you no Noise barrier cause of the type of Floors. But that's OK. Breakfast had a lot to choose from, eggs, biscuits gravy,waffles, cereal any more. From the outside looks are deceiving. If stay here again and again.
