Summed up, our stay at Legato Spa Suites was pretty much perfect!
It was a little tricky for me and my traveling companion to find the location of the hotel at first (only because the area was completely new to us), but Katerina: our concierge, came out to meet us. We experienced her as thoughtful, patient and professional, and she provided excellent info regarding the room and area.
The room itself was spotless, and contained every amenity we needed - including, as shown on Expedia, a private rooftop lounge area. We came during the end of the off-season (late April), so we found the village to be quiet and peaceful - and we felt very safe after we became more familiar with the terrain.
As our stay progressed, we were offered services and assistance (cleaning / towel changes / more info / assistance with parking, etc.) in a respectful and non-invasive way by all of the employees we encountered.
Finally, our flight was scheduled for a little past 6:00pm on the day of our departure, and our room check-out at 11:00am. When we inquired about the possibility of parking our ATV and storing our luggage for a little longer, we were met with warmth and flexibility. We were able to store our luggage (non-valuables) in the hallway, under a pass code, as well as our ATV in the property garage for an extra six hours - which was the icing on the cake. This made our final day in Naxos extremely pleasant. Thank you, Legato! You delivered for sure!
