We had a great stay! The location is perfect, with a main road–facing balcony that offers a nice view. The area is clean, quiet, and very pleasant. There are lots of cafés and ice-cream parlors within walking distance, which made it really convenient to grab a quick treat or coffee. I would recommend stopping by Turtle Town Ice Cream for some ice cream and Elizabeth’s Coffee House for a great morning coffee. ☕🍦 Many major attractions are also very close by — Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, 1880 Train, Custer State Park, Needles Highway, and Bear Country USA — all within about a 20-minute drive. The host is super responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here! The location in Hill City does not get better and it absolutely is the best option we have found that lends more luxurious, which can be hard to find in the Black Hills area. Responses were quick and friendly, the space was so calming and quiet, and it truly felt like a sanctuary after long days of exploring. We can’t wait to come back and cannot recommend this more!

Amazing Loft in Hill City

This was an amazing loft for our family. Everything was new and just as pictured. It was fun sitting out on the balcony overlooking Main St for people watching. The elevator in the building was an added bonus to get our luggage up to our unit. I would definitely book here again!

This property is brand new and is spotless. The design and decor is great. The location to downtown is awesome. Walk out the front door and start shopping. Parking is right in the back. It’s a perfect law for two people.
