This hotel was ok. It was fine I just needed somewhere to sleep. Pillows are crappy and mattress was ehhhh. Idk if I would stay here again if I am ever in the area. If you need a cheap place to stay it’ll do.

Check in counter too high. Could not see what I was signing. Hotel said was non smoking. When we entered room it smelled like cigarettes. Told front desk I wanted them to handle odor and need sheets and blankets for pull out couch. Could tell maintenance sprayed room but didn’t bring bedding. Then discovered not enough towels and wash cloths. Had to go to front desk to get. No cups to drink with or ice bucket

Engañoso

Empezando por lo malo: reservamos el lugar pensando en poder seguir nuestra dieta habitual, pero tanto cubiertos, vajilla y sartenes debían COMPRARSE, no se rentan ni se pretan, o al menos es lo que la chica del turno nos dijo. El lugar parecía limpio hasta que fuí al baño y el papel estaba cortado como si se hubiera usado, detrás de la puerta habia polvo y hasta UÑAS cortadas asqueroso! Las puertas no se pueden bloquear por dentro, solo hay una pestaña de seguridad para que la puerta no abra de más, pero aun así no me dió mucha seguridad. El aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso pero enfría muy bien. Dentro de lo bueno: la cama no estaba mal, la ubicación es buena y el estacionamiento te permite dejar el auto cerca.

Was a okay stay never heard of no visitors after 10pm or visitors will be ID. Hotel smelt like weed. Bed squeaked when u toss and turned.

Overall it wasn’t that great we had a baby staying with us around 4am someone was being loud saying that someone was going to _ them. The staff didn’t seem to care we called and reported it 3 times they finally came but they were still being loud. They didn’t call none to have this person checked out or anything and they seemed to have been having some sort of episode or _ related crisis. Sinks was clogged waited 20 minutes for them to fix it (both of em). My friend lost their stuff they didn’t call and say they found it but was tryna to charge the card (card was canceled). Overall room was pretty clean for the most part and besides all the crazy stuff we went through here it was a decent for the amount of money went spent. I don’t recommend asking the front desk to call if you lost anything and if you do cancel immediately or lock the card. Overall 4/10 and thats for the room bing nice and the heat actually working.

Not sure how this place had 4 and 5 star reviews when I was looking for a place to stay. Long story short- for real... DO NOT STAY. DO NOT BE LIKE ME trying to save 50 per night. Pay it. I travel a lot! for some reason, i chose this place for a Sun-Thursday stay and I turned that quickly to Tuesday departure. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. moved to the holiday inn around the corner. This is NOT a hotel, this is an extended stay - and leave it off the title of the listing. It's dirty from the moment you walk in. I immediately knew I EFFED up. Should've left then. Floors, elevator, lobby- filthy. Hallways smell like smoke. Got a lecture about not smoking in the room at check in or it would be $100. Had cig smoke seeping through my bathroom vent the whole time. Hallways reek of smoke. No carpet in rooms, bed moves when you walk past it- not secured to anything. Cheapest pillows you could by- about the same thickness as airport pillows but bigger. NO FACE TOWELS. Huh? I actually had soap with me, but NO SOAP in the bathroom? Had to work on this trip- virtually from the room while there, one hard/metal chair to sit. The shuttle was some random private taxi who was 30 minutes late picking me up. No convienience store, place to eat, vending machine etc- the only thing that's really walkable is the mcdonalds across the street. Coffee in the morning was cold? Again, i left after the second night. Terrible. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Verbally insulted

I found the whole thing very uncomfortable. the rooms are clean and for the most comfortable the service was miserable. I was treated like a vacant, spoken to like a delinquent. Do I need in the room give off a sterile uncomfortable look. Wow that's not a huge factor for some it is for those who get headaches and certain types of lighting that give off EMF. Parking was great location was nice.. for the most part the building itself wasn't so bad. But the actual management and staff was very very judgmental and belittling to multiple guests. Individuals should not be judged or decide what a person is. Being presumptuous and judgmental in the service industry is a huge turnoff. It wasn't just a one demographic. I watched their service and their way of treating all guests to be very shrewd cold and unwelcoming. I don't understand why choice even endorses such as experience. I wouldn't want my worst enemy spending more than one night in this verbally elected and abusive environments

Studio was good. Looks modern. The room entrance door had a gap under the door. Switch the heater on and it blowout dust. Overall 4/5 with staff being average.

The personal responsibility you take for the place gives the aire of a man who more than works for a place. You made my stay at your hotel a wonderful experience.
