Flor the staff working at the front is very rude and disrespectful. She was mad that she had to do her job and check in our luggage even though we were very polite to her. She is unprofessional and is not a nice person at all. She gave us dirty looks and spoke very rudely. I am very unhappy with my experience staying here because of her. She made us uncomfortable and disliked being here. I liked my room and the other staff, but she was just not someone that should be customer facing.

Bonito lugar en una excelente ubicación. El departamento es amplio y con buenas amenidades, aunque un poco incómodo para acceder de la calle al lobby; ya que no funciona el timbre ni la clave; por lo demás buen servicio.

The property was well maintained and the pictures are a fair representation of what you will get. Generally, we had a lovely stay and would consider staying here again. The location has restaurants nearby, a small mall, easy access to transportation and my favorite… easy access to the gorgeous Parque Mexico. The staff was very nice. The only cons were 1) it was loud at times as it faces a really busy street 2) most of the washing rooms dont work and they dont communicate it upfront, so you find out by having to walk all floors or ending up with a dryer that doesnt dry 3) you communicate with both the central kukun team and the property itself but there is major miscommunication between them and they will blame you when it becomes a problem instead of just accepting it which is super uncomfortable I was in a studio and it was scorching hot when we got there but it got better through the days with both AC and multiple fans available which I never turned off. The AC used does not seem powerful enough for the room size

We never ended up staying there. Added a day to our rsvp because we had things to do the next day and couldnt wait until 3pm for check in so we went and checked in on a thursday (left souvenirs and went to stay at our original hotel that night) red flag, our key code waa not working and we were given this guys "personal code" no attempts after check in were made to get the code issue fixed and after reading reviews this is an ongoing issue. I would be surprised if i posted the code that anyone cpuld get in to everone elses room. We never stayed there, we had dropped off our suitcases. Mever u packed that friday but while out i just had an unsettling feeling that wouldnt go away and I decided to book another hotel and we left. We had orginally booked 3 nights but never stayed. I tried reaching out to at least get some.money back for 1 night but expedia has been difficult to communicate with. The rooms are dark. Not like the pictures. Its not as cozy as it seems in the picture. Unfortunately i would not book here again. I just didnt feel safe. Expedia, get it together and read the reviews, this place has a key code issue that theyre are not fixing.

Está en un buen lugar, hay un súper cerca y muchos lugares donde comer o tomar un café. La habitación deja algo que desear. Para empezar, deberían aclarar que el aire acondicionado es un aire portátil, que si bien logra enfriar algo no hace el mismo trabajo que un equipo fijo. Además, esto hace que la ventana que está en la habitación donde está la cocina no se pueda cerrar, lo que hace que el ruido y el aroma de los puestos callejeros de comida que están en la esquina entren desde temprano (el sonido es tolerable ya que incluso incluyen tapones para oídos pero el aroma a aceite y garnachas nada lo tapa). La habitación en general está OK, aunque necesita mantenimiento. Además, algunas cosas no tienen sentido: del lado de la cama donde está el buró no hay interruptor para encender y apagar las luces de la cabecera; la zona donde está el escritorio no tiene conexión para conectar una laptop o algún otro equipo; la televisión está conectada con un cable parchado que va al aire acondicionado portátil que deja mucho que desear; la habitación tiene un armario improvisado para colgar ropa que está encima del buró de la cama, a menos que seas una persona muy alta es imposible usarlo; el baño tenía la manija suelta, no se podía cerrar la puerta; y los muebles que están en la cocina a manera de desayunador son la cosa más incómoda del mundo, no se a quien se le ocurrió que una mesa alta con periqueras era ideal para una habitación. Honestamente, no dan ganas de regresar.

Fernanda and her colleagues were wonderful. The only thing that was so so, was the lack of air conditioning in the flat. We were provided with mobile units that unfortunately didn't do a great job, so we endured some very warm days in the flat.
