False advertising. The pictures show a different apartment. The one we got was very very small and not looked at all as the one in the pictures. Small elevator only to the 4th floor, not the 5th we got. It was difficult to find the location as it is not exactly where the map shows but on a small alley next to it. We had to ask people around the businesses for help. I do not recommend this apartment for 4 people as there's no space at all, even for walking and having no place for luggage. 2 people would be ok. The kitchen did not have a sponge to wash the dishes and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The TV had no sound so we could not use it...Great location but do not recommend it at all.

Very clean property inside with professional touch. So do the management team, communication was great! Property is located in an alley with lots of drunks passed out/sleeping at the entry doors and party crews. Of course, those are not properties fault. But, you have to judge/choose it yourself and be safe in and out. Very noisy till midnight all thought out early morning. If you are a light sleeper, you have to put this into considerations. We stayed 3 nights and had 9am flight in the morning, but Metro Piccadilly Circus entrance was locked, don't know why, so we were not able to take metro lines close by to London Heathrow. Called taxi last minutes in order to not miss our flight check in time. We were told, because of this area, lots of homeless try to sleep inside metro, so it had to be closed at night and early morning, Don't know if this was the reason for that morning. Certainly wasn't convenient for us.

When we arrived we missed our appointments because the room was not ready to check in at almost 5 pm, even though check-in was at 3 pm. It was all dirty and messy. This morning we asked you for a little more time in the morning to leave and I additionally asked you for information about where to leave our suitcases. They offered me a Late Check out and I assumed that it was an apology for the inconvenience caused and we would receive this very well, however Mrs. The maintenance staff almost forced themselves into the room even when we were in our underwear. The experience from start to finish was very bad. Starting with the fact that there was no number where we could communicate correctly via WhatsApp to break the language barriers, since there was no one who spoke Spanish, not even the cleaning ladies, the room is very well located but it is EXTREMELY noisy especially at night and in the early morning, because it has the entrance to a nightclub right in front. At first they sent a note apologizing, but the truth is not enough. I would never return to that place.

Great location if you want to be at the centre of the London scene. Walked to the theatre and lots of shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the tube, buses, hop on hop off bus. However, it was extremely noisy in the bedroom at night …. the windows did not provide sufficient sound proofing and although the window was closed and locked, it sounded like it was open and we heard all the noise from the street until 4 or 5am. Loud shouting, singing and general partying in the streets. We had to sleep with earplugs on and a pillow over our head. Perfect spot for those people interested in joining in the street excitement until the early morning hours so you can walk back to the flat with ease but not great if you want to get some sleep at a reasonable hour. Some of the pots were not left clean and had to rewash them prior to using them. Would have appreciated another roll of tp as we ran out with 3 of us in the flat. The flat itself was very cute and kitchen and laundry were great. Bed for our daughter was the sofa bed in the living room and was easy to use. There was a separate door to the living room area so it was a nice layout to create a separated space from the main bedroom and give everyone a bit of privacy.
