The staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms a clean and nice, same for the bathroom room. The room was a little stuffy and we slept with the windows open, we asked the staff to turn on the air conditioning in our room, but they couldn’t since, “the whole system was on heat”. (It was early October.) Overall a very nice stay.

The breakfast here was terrible. Eggs and bacon were not cooked. After being disappointed with the breakfast 2 days I did not go for the other 2 days of my trip. This is the worst hotel breakfast I've seen.

We asked for an extra towel and the staff said “It is not possible to get an extra towel”. We were unable to out the heat or AC on, we could not turn the fan on, the room was extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tard que l’heure prévue et le personnel. Dans un jeune monsieur nous a reçu moi et mes enfants au top du service. Tout a été expliqué avec détails professionnalisme avec le sens de l’écoute du client. Concernant les chambres elles étaient propres une légère odeur de renfermée mais c’est pas trop dérangeant. La piscine propre rien à dire les toilettes que soit dans les chambres ou dans les parties communes de l’hôtel très propre, rien à dire non plus, nous avons opté pour un petit déjeuner. Ne mangeons pas de porc. Le service client a été au top et nous a ramené de la charcuterie, sans port spécialement pour nous une attention que nous avons énormément apprécié. Mon avis global sur mon séjour est indice sur 10. Sans faute, nous avons pu nous relaxer nous avons pu être à l’aise. Il y a eu un petit couac avec la télécommande de notre chambre. Le problème a été réglé dans l’immédiat. Vraiment rien à dire nous reviendrons volontiers.

Nous avons passée un excellent séjour. Le séjour s’est très bien passé. L’hôtel est propre, la piscine est superbe et le personnel est très agréable et réactif. Petit bémol toutefois : nous avons reçu un appel à 7h du matin, auquel nous n’avons pas répondu car nous dormions encore dans la chambre. Peu après, un membre du personnel est venu toquer à la porte, alors que nous étions toujours présents. Nous avions pourtant réservé une nuit avec petit-déjeuner inclus, je ne comprends donc pas pourquoi il a été pensé que nous étions déjà partis. Hormis ce point, tout était très bien, nous recommandons fortement l’établissement.

Var ikke som sådan et 4 stjernet hotel. Virkede som om det var helt nyt. Asfalten på parkeringspladsen blev først lagt den dag vi ankom. Der blev først leveret fitnessudstyr den dag vi ankom, hvilket betød vi ikke kunne bruge deres fitnessonråde.
