I was extremely disappointed with my stay. For the price this hotel charges, the level of service and basic amenities was shockingly poor. First of all, housekeeping never came to clean our room, even though we were gone the entire day. We returned expecting the room to at least be tidied up, trash emptied, or the bed straightened, but nothing had been touched. It felt like we were completely forgotten. The bathroom situation was just as frustrating. The shower head was positioned in such a way that the water shot directly at you the second you turned it on, making it impossible to adjust comfortably without getting blasted. On top of that, we never received additional towels during our stay, which is a pretty basic expectation at any hotel. The toiletries were also lacking. There was no conditioner provided, which is a very standard amenity almost everywhere these days. For a hotel charging such high prices, cutting corners on something that simple feels cheap and careless. But the most unbelievable part? There wasn’t even complimentary breakfast. Considering how expensive this place was, not offering even a basic breakfast option felt like the final insult. Most hotels, especially ones charging premium rates, include something for guests in the morning, but apparently not here. Overall, the experience felt overpriced, poorly managed, and lacking the most basic hospitality standards. I absolutely would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

All of the above. I thought they should have let people know they were under construction. I am handicap & the walk & parking was completely unacceptable. Not to mention employees were worse. They were NOT knowledgeable about their place of employment. Had several request that were never answered. I paid high rates & certainly DID NOT get high rates treatment. Definitely will NOT stay there again. I don’t care who comes there. I will rate this facility on FB 👎

The hotel advertised "Luxury rooms" apparently that doesn't apply to all the rooms. It was far from luxury. 2 adults stayed in the room and only 2 towels. No extras, no lotion, shower gel was empty, no make up remover, no microwave. This was an Accessible room, I will say it certainly was. Very spacious to move wheelchair about and roll in shower.

Worst travel experience I’ve ever had with this hotel. Booked through Expedia and paid in full. Upon arrival they claimed it wasn’t paid. I showed proof it was paid. Even got on the phone with Expedia who verified with them that it was paid. Still refused to put us in a room for almost 2 hours. At this point it was after midnight when eventually they let us into a room, probably because my 15 month old baby was with us in the lobby and I was in tears. So I basically paid for a check in day that I was not able to check in on. They refused a partial refund for that day. At about 2am the power to the entire hotel went out. Bright emergency lights came on in each room. When power was restored all the lights in the entire room turned on and alarms went off. Next day we had to call maintenance because tv remote wasn’t working. Still was required to pay $70 in resort fees for this absolute miserable experience. Never once cleaned our room with a 5 day 4 night booking. Had to flag down service to get new towels. Overall just a terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend staying here!
