Great room for good price. It’s located near the air port and on the drive to the location, the surrounding area seemed a bit shady, but the place is hidden in a nice neighborhood. Like a diamond in the rough, really blew my expectations and was quiet and clean. Will definitely stay here again instead of a hotel of the same price range.

The check-in process was not good on my specific experience, but the instructions where clear otherwise. They provide plenty of snacks and some water and soda, which was very generous. Frozen breakfast sandwiches were even available too, along with some fruit. Place looks good in photos but its just ok IRL. The shower had painters tape residue all over, and the overall construction from an apparent remodel was handyman or DIY quality. Ladybugs were all over my room, but the price was great with a good TV and mostly clean otherwise. Its great if you're looking for low price and general cleanliness

The host does a great job with the additional amenities offered. I was not expecting this B&B to resemble a hostel, as there is a second level with additional rooms. The common area shared was spacious and comfortable. There needs to be more parking to accommodate all guests, as parking on the street is not prohibited.
