Room was clean comfortable and relatively quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient location, especially for transit. Area around hotel was fine as long as you stay away from street next to it. Be aware though that parking is 65 not 35 like it says here, that really needs to be updated.

The staff was awesome, especially Sam who was incredibly helpful during my stay. The location was perfect for walking to many of the super bowl festivities this past week and short walk to Union Square for shopping and/or to take the trolley down to the Embarcadero/Pier 39 area.

as soon as I checked in, I got a noise complaint within an hour of me staying and unpacking. You can hear people walking above you and next to you. The wrap on the walls are peeling in the corners of the cracks. I woke up with bug bites on my finger and in my ear as well as red bumps on my face. This hotel is not kid friendly.
