An sich alles in Ordnung, aber am Anfang sehr ätzender Geruch im Zimmer es roch nach einer Chlorartigen Reinigungsmittel sodass man Lüften musste und draußen zu kalt war. Also etwas eigenartige Einladung. Zimmer nicht renoviert, an einigen Stellen platzt die Farbe ab. Sonst Fernseher ist da, Wellness leider nicht benutzt. Ach so und Essen muss im kleinen Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden, sonst kommen ganz viele Ameisen aus dem Teppichboden, trotz 2.Etage.

Not the type to complain however this is definitely not somewhere you should go. Our room smelt of smoke, we couldn’t leave the windows open because it was freezing outside and no amount of perfume would get rid of the smell. We found 2 bugs in the bed, got moved rooms but receptionist didn’t seem bothered and there was no amount of refund. The bed was 2 singles pushed together and 2 single duvets, one of the beds was so squeaky because the bottom of it was broken. Very run down hotel that requires a lot of work and new staff. Don’t waste your money.

War ganz nett. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war das Frühstück aber sehr schwach und monoton. Sehr nahe am Bahnhof daher hat man auch die vorbeifahrenden Züge gehört. Die Zimmer waren allerdings sehr sauber und die Bedienung war fabelhaft;)

So lala trifft es am ehesten. Die Zimmer sind ok zum Übernachten, das Bad ist extrem klein Dimensioniert. Die Farbe bälltert von den Wänden, die Fenster sind nicht hochwertig. Man merkt, dass das Hotel nicht alt ist, aber es ist auch nicht mehr Neu. Man sieht Faustschläge in den Türen, die Ecken der Möbel blättern ab, der Geruch in den Zimmern erinnert an Mottenkugeln. Dass Schwimmbad und Sauna, wie auch Kinderunterhaltung und Massage im Keller gegen Aufpreis angeboten werden, spricht nicht wirklich für das Hotel. Wenigstens ein Mal kostenlos schimmen oder ein mal kostenlos Saunieren, sollten doch drin sein? Der Pool ist sauber und schön, die Duschen wirken eher wie eine Sparmaßnahme. Bitte denkt an Eure Badelatschen! Es ist spiegelglatt! Alles muss separat gezahlt werden 300CzK für eine Stunde Pool, 400CzK für eine Stunde Sauna - rechnet es Euch selbst zusammen. Massage 800 Kronen. Das Essen ist eine Mischung aus - wir müssen etwas anbieten und Ideenlosigkeit. Weiße Bohnen in Tomatensoße und Mischgemüse? Zum Frühstück? Ein einfaches Rührei hätte es doch getan? Kalte Eier, das Gemüse wurde in drei Tagen nicht neu geschnitten, befand sich gemischt in einer Schüssel. Wenn man einfach nur etwas zwischen die Zähne braucht, ok, wer Frühstück im Hotel mag, wird hier enttäuscht! Der Kaffe ist super. Die Parksituation auf dem Hinterhof (Durch eine Einfahrt von vorne zu erreichen - mit Elektrischem Tor) ist krass. Als ungeübter Fahrer - packt man das nicht. Keine Tieferlegung!!

Ich habe vor acht Monaten über Expedia im Hotel Relax Inn reserviert. Am Check-in-Tag wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass die Reservierung storniert wurde und kein Zimmer verfügbar sei. Es gab weder eine Entschuldigung noch Unterstützung bei der Suche nach einer Alternative. Der Service war unprofessionell, und wir standen plötzlich ohne Unterkunft da. Sehr enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert!

The property is cleaned, and staff generally get on with their jobs. It's value for money, and there's a clean room every day. Areas of improvement: 1. Staff, especially customer-facing, could be more friendly and approachable by smiling and conversing with customers. One of the receptionists was too serious and appeared to be forcing words out of her when talking or enquiring. 2. Breakfast is very average because it does not include cooked foods; all the items displayed are processed foods. And it is the same food every day. This is boring. 3. Regarding breakfast, food should be labelled so customers know what they are eating, especially for allergy sufferers, particularly children. 4. The swimming pool and even the paid spa are not available to customers until late in the evening. The staff told me that the pool is being rented out to outsiders, offering swimming lessons to children who use it all day. This MUST be displayed, and customers SHOULD be informed when booking. Otherwise, it is deceptive or misleading, to say the least. 5. It is ridiculous that customers have to pay to use the pool and sauna, even though the hotel advertises these amenities to attract customers. Unless all the above are attended to, I WILL NOT USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN, AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

24 Stunden Rezeption. Sehr netter Empfang.Saubere schöne Unterkunft mit Kühlschrank. An einigen Stellen bröckelte allerdings die Farbe. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Wir hätten uns allerdings über verschiedene Obstsorten gefreut, Rührei und 1 2 vegane Angebote. Die Lage war abseits der Stadt, das Umfeld nicht einladend. Für 1-2 Nächte bot das Hotel aber alles, was es für eine gute Unterkunft brauchte. Beim Frühstück gab es ein Problem, da wir es aus Zeitgründen nicht vor Ort einnehmen konnten, aber leider auch nicht für unterwegs mitnehmen durften. Da hätten wir uns Toleranz gewünscht anstatt unfreundlich zurechtgewiesen zu werden.

Great transport links but not a lot else good. You have to pay for the spa/pool. Staff speak little or no English and one was particularly rude to us because we'd gone outside for a cigarette. Cleanliness levels in the communal areas were perfect but the room was gross. Cobwebs under the bed. Dirty shower screen. Crisps and a thick layer of dust down the side of the bed. Windows had handprints on. Dead insects inside the light. No shower gel in the bottle and it wasn't topped up for the entire stay. The pillow was a duvet resulting in me having a stiff neck for hours upon waking. The mattress was covered in yellow stains. The sheets had lots of hairs on. Windowsill grimy and had a hair on it. The glassware provided was dirty. The kettle wasn't emptied. Only tea in the room. The food was OK but not great if you're British. Who has carrots and cauliflower for breakfast?! The juice was watered down. Very very hot and noisy so sleeping nearly impossible. Peeling wallpaper, mould spots on the ceiling, a hole in the wall. Paint flaking off the ceiling. Went to reception several times and there was nobody there. THIS IS NOT A 4* HOTEL.

Economical accommodation on outskirts of Prague

The location is quite a way from the centre of Prague, however there is a bus stop just 50 metres from the hotel (bus service 109) which in 5 minutes takes you to a Metro stop where you can get an underground metro train to the centre of Prague. Note the bedrooms are not air conditioned, so rather uncomfortable in the recent hot weather.

This property has no air conditioning. It was extremely hot during our period of stay. They didn't even provide a fan. We couldn't get enough sleep. The room was too tiny for a family of three. There was literally no room to put our luggage. The breakfast was good though.

Well priced great hotel

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the Hotel Relax Inn. The hotel is positioned well near fast bus routes that take you to the nearest tram/underground stop so getting into the city centre of Prague is really quick and easy. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast selection was great and really nice quality. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was also really nice. A great stay and would definitely return and recommend to others.
