Excelente custo benefício. Hotel novo cercado de opçoes de restaurantes, farmacia e posto de gasolina. Facil acesso ao Outlet Premium Vineland e supermercado como Publix e Walmart (de carro). Quarto super confortavel e espaçoso, com frigobar e microondas. Limpeza nota 10, com camas confortaveis e chuveiro otimo separado do vaso sanitário. Fica super proximo ao Sea World, mas nao da para ir a pé como alguns falam! De qualquer forma o Hotel disponibiliza onibus em parceria para levar a todos os parques, com opção as 9 e as 11h para levar e as 17h e 21h para buscar. O local para pegar o transfer aos parques e bem no estacionamento do hotel, um serviço que te economiza muito estacionamento. Alias,vale lembrar que o hotel cobra uma taxa extra de 19 dolares por dia para estacionamento.

Wrong room

My only problem was that I was given a double bed room in a handicapped suite and I booked a king single bed suite. I was not happy about that

Comfortable and fun

I received notice of our room being ready. The front desk person was very accomodating, friendly and quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. The grandchildren loved it also.

Our stay at the hotel in April. The staff is friendly. The rooms are cleaned every other day. I didn't really like the paid coffee, but that's an acquired taste. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. Usually there are no problems with this in hotels, but here it's a minus. There are fast food and pharmacies nearby. You can walk to all the SeaWorld parks in 5-15 minutes. There is a shuttle. If you come only to spend the night, you can choose a cheaper hotel.

Room stinks!! Double charged! Horrible breakfast!

I was mad that after I was charged an extra $150 at check in for incidentals & parking that same night my card was charged another $70 for parking again! Upon going to the front desk the employee laughed and said oh that happens a lot because the night shift person forgot to zero out the account before running the nightly reports.She said when the night person forgets to do that the system charges every hotel guest another $70 every night they are there & it takes approximately 3-5 days to be released for a refund. She said the best way to prevent it from happening since they can’t guarantee the night person will remember to zero out the accounts is to put a lock/block on my card to keep it from going through. That’s NOT okay or convenient to do while on vacation & needing to use my card. Aside from that the breakfast is horrible, blah & tasteless!! They had run out of juice and warm food each morning we went to get breakfast. The oatmeal was so thin, like runny water, there was no coffee in breakfast area. The room we stayed in smelled of mold/body odor. There was NO water pressure. The tv color was going out, had purple lines across the screen of every channel so it was definitely the tv, not the channel. The bed was so uncomfortable we didn’t sleep well at all. The 2 good things I could say about our stay was both of our rooms were clean, & the a/c worked perfectly! Cold a/c was much appreciated after being out in the heat. Sell aloe at front desk & open grill for lunch!!!

The hotel is convenient to local attractions and stores. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool was very nice. The breakfast was a nice treat and it was done well although slightly repetitive. My only dissatisfaction was the extra fee for parking which appears to be common to the area. Yes I would stay again and I would recommend to friends.

Great hotel!

We really enjoyed our short stay at Spring Hill Suites. The rooms are large and clean. The beds were comfortable. Great amenities (mini fridge, microwave, continental breakfast, Starbucks downstairs, pool, great hot tub). The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Lastly, the price is great for what you get. We’ve stayed there twice in 2 years, and both visits have had zero complaints from our family. We will definitely stay there again next time we’re in Orlando.

Spring Break stay

Nice hotel and nice staff. Very clean. We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet every morning and also the on site Starbucks. We didn't use the pool or the restaurant as the weather was too cold. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando and theme parks.

Rough

Started off rough tv not working properly, stains on the lamp shade. Arrived Wednesday March 12th 2025 expected my room to be cleaned Friday. However, after arriving back later Friday around 3:40 p.m I was shocked and disappointed that my room stilled had not been cleaned! I called front desk expressing my concerns, and was told that housekeeping leaves at 4:00 p.m. As you can imagine I was not happy! Finally, after asking for a management the room was cleaned around 5:00 pm tv was repaired as well
